The ratio, fineness and consistency of the mortar inside was a complete masterwork. The patties on the inside also had a taste much higher than I expected; the inside was expertly prepared, and the outer dough was thin. I had a little sauce added to it, but it could have been better without sauce. I waited in line for about 25 minutes, but it was definitely worth the wait. Mr. Mahir, the business owner, was taking care of the customers one-on-one. Although the service personnel seemed tired due to the crowd, I did not encounter any rude behavior or disruption of work. Prices were normal according to the market. I just think the greens that come next to the green can be improved a little more. I advise. May 2025 Visit When I visited again, I tried içli köfte, lahmacun and pot kebab. The taste of lahmacun and internal meatballs has never changed, it was perfect again. I tried the pot kebab for the first time and it was amazing with everything. The prices are suitable for a region such as Nişantaşı. When I left around 13:00 on a public holiday, I was able to go straight in without waiting at all. I highly recommend it.
