This is not the first time in Sharjah. I was with my wife in early December. It is clear that there are disadvantages, but against the background of the advantages, there are practically none. Very good location, lots of places within walking distance. I really liked the food, a decent choice every day, even in a nearby hotel...10 minutes at a very leisurely pace through the hotel. Room: everything is fine, WiFi in the hotels is super, we watched TV on TLF. cleaning daily. Swimming pool, luxury sauna. It is better to travel with a company of 5-8 people to occupy the whole house. Transfer to the beach was no problem, there were a lot of people a couple of times, but the buses to the neighboring hotels (across the street) were empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiters, the rescuers were from the CIS...Russian speakers, we hardly bothered the guide. We didn't go on excursions, we were already everywhere. Before lunch, the beach, after lunch, we walked a lot around Sharjah (gold, fish market, mega mall, city center, racing on the canal). Dollars of 2008 are easily changed, the exchange rate is 3.63. Well, do not forget to bargain, the price may be 2 times lower. Dubai chocolate 200 g. 20 dirhams, if you bargain, then 17 dirhams. 18K gold 265 dirhams-8000 rubles per gram for cartier (as the price of scrap in Moscow), bought as a gift for children, crocs 156 dirhams 4500 rubles. The shuttle service to the beach runs once in the morning and in the afternoon. The hotel feels very mixed. We had a family vacation from December 23 to January 3. Meals are served at the nearby Holiday International Hotel, and everything is great. The only thing is that there may not be enough seats during rush hour. Marbella is a bit "tired" of renovation, but the rooms have everything, daily cleaning. The pool is large and heated, and towels are provided right where the rescuers are sitting. A free shuttle service to the nearest metro departs at 9:00 in the morning, you can get to almost any point. From there, he picks up at 2 p.m. and takes you to the hotel. There is a good Playground, a large garden area and greenery. If you go without children, I would choose closer to the center, but definitely here for a family holiday.

The room has a TV without Russian channels only, Wi-Fi. The hotel grounds themselves are clean and well maintained. The pool and its employees are also respected and highly appreciated. We went to a nearby hotel to eat, it takes about 2 minutes on the road, slowly. We really liked everything, the food, the service. The very location of the hotel, near the central market. We enjoyed our vacation!!! Thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff. Yes, there was also a tea station, tea, coffee, sugar, and water are constantly being replenished.

I wouldn't even give a 1 star for a room. The repair is dead, the doors are swollen from moisture and their coating is starting to fall off. There are 2 TVs in the villa, none of them are working. Some outlets are not working We booked a room for a month on holiday, but upon arrival it turned out that our reserved room was not there. We settled in a nearby hotel in this villa. The ventilation is buzzing terribly, it didn't let me sleep (despite the fact that I usually sleep very soundly). The sofa in the room is stained. We needed to spend 1 night, but even for 1 night it was uncomfortable to be here. I saw that a room for a day in this villa without food costs 86 thousand per day, it's not worth such a day at all. I do not recommend this hotel.

My family (me, husband, child) and our friends are a couple. Package tour, FAN SAN Tour Operator. Flay Dubai carrier. The flight on 02/26/2026 was excellent, we were accommodated immediately. It is clear that the hotel is not new, the furniture and plumbing are battered. But can I wash it? Of course, the staff tries their best, responds to requests, and brings the necessary supplies. On the first day at the nearest market, we bought rags, detergent, wiped the furniture, door handles, mirrors, outdoor table and chairs. They tried not to notice the dirty curtains, the floor, and the stained sofa. The hotel itself is very interesting and beautiful. They lived like in a country house: birds singing, a rabbit, cats. The houses on the ground floors have their own small territory, fenced with hedges, and outdoor furniture. We had dinner with friends every night, buying takeaways at local cafes and the fish market. And on February 28, 2026, what happened happened. More on that later. We ate at a nearby hotel, with no complaints at all. Almost everything is delicious. There is no Turkish variety, but it is not necessary. Breakfasts and lunches/dinners are all decent. The sea and the beach. I drove a shuttle from the Holiday International Hotel, very unorganized. Everyone who wants to, and there are many of them, can't fit on one bus, and you can wait another 30-40 minutes for the second flight. We boarded the bus once (after waiting for 40 minutes, because we didn't get on the first flight, and the driver got up and got out, saying he would be back in half an hour... So we went out. Starting from March 1, the entrance to the beach suddenly became paid - 5 dirhams per person. The yellow flag or the red flag - it doesn't matter - pay... plus deck chairs and umbrellas are also for dirhams. I agree that staff salaries, beach cleaning, etc. Well, at least pick up the trash. The sea is beautiful and even almost warm, and we even managed to swim for a few days. The beach is huge, if you go to the very end, to the breakwater, you can practically have a private rest. The sea saved this whole difficult situation. Anastasia is the FAN SAN guide at the hotel. I hope you, Nastya, will read the review. Mine and not only mine, there will be many of them. I'm not going to call you incompetent or heartless, you don't care what we think. I'll just list the facts for other tourists. Excursions - yes, we managed to buy two. We didn't get to any of them. We found out about the cancellation of the first one after waiting 30 minutes at the reception of the car and when Anastasia was informed about it, she was very surprised, asked us questions, how so!!!? And after a while, I sent a text message that the tour was canceled. The second one is about the same. The refund has not yet been carried out and Anastasia refused to provide a document confirming the fact of the refund. But the most interesting thing began when it was time to return home. Anastasia gathered us into a group on WhatsApp and kept telling us about the lists of those who were flying, that we should not leave our phones, our suitcases should be packed and we should all be ready to go to the airport at any second, and also so that we would not dare to write to her personally with our problems and questions, she He doesn't know anything and can't do anything to help!! For three days we walked in the same clothes (suitcases packed), afraid to leave the hotel. Then we realized that no one was trying to get us out of here. Tourists turned to the offices of Flay Dubai en masse and rebooked their tickets. When an office employee offered us only a flight to Novosibirsk on the 16th, I burst into tears. But they don't care. They only think about their country's economy. That's why we agreed to fly to Moscow, and then on our own and at our own expense. An hour later, the same employee rebooked two families from our hotel for tomorrow's flight to Novosibirsk. Later, we contacted them (everyone got to know each other and created their own group in votcap), so there were empty seats on the plane, as well as on our flight to Moscow, as well as on other flights to other cities!!! The day before the flight, we received a call from the reception desk and were informed that we had to leave the room. And our departure is only the next day, late in the evening. Anastasia didn't give any information, ignored our messages, and we just sat at the reception until the evening, without lunch or dinner for several families with children. The hotel staff didn't care either, and they didn't even hide the fact that we were bothering them a lot. After nine o'clock in the evening, a bus arrived to take us to another hotel. But for some reason, before this bus, we had to walk along the carriageway with our suitcases to a nearby hotel. What a cherry on the cake. About 20 such buses arrived at the Novotel in Dubai (even further from the airport). The queues for check-in were like for sausage in Soviet stores. Hungry, exhausted mentally and physically, we got to the room only after 12 a.m. And the next day we flew away safely. Instead of a week, our vacation was two weeks. Two weeks of fear, misunderstanding of the situation, insomnia, but no rest. Will I travel in the future - definitely - Yes! Whether I will return to the UAE is possible, under certain conditions. The advantages of the food: you won't stay hungry, I have everything included, the food is monotonous, they only change soups. For breakfast, omelets, sausages, salads, coffee, tea, salads for lunch, several side dishes and two or three types of meat, fish. Dinners are the same. Desserts are monotonous. You won't be hungry. Cons of food: only water for lunch and dinner! This is very important information, because sweets with water just don't come in. I was carrying a thermos from Russia, because I was warned in advance. By the way, eat at the nearby Holiday International Hotel. Swimming pool: small, chlorinated, without heating. Holiday has a bigger pool. You can go to them. Cockroaches! 🪳 from fat and moustachioed, to small dairy. (They say this is a feature of all emirates). We went Day to day, and on the second day we bought poisons. They clean it every day. They give little water, 1.5 liters per room. There was nowhere else to take her at the hotel, they were typing in the dining room, so they wouldn't let her, they started yelling and calling the manager. By the way, absolutely nothing can be taken out of the dining room, they yell and call the manager. Some said they were being fined. There are a lot of emaciated, hungry cats on the territory, and I carry them around unnoticed. I live in a bungalow with two rooms (living room and bedroom), there is a mini fridge, kettle, cups, glasses, TV (I couldn't turn it on), ironing board, iron. The beach is a pain! Transfer at 9.00, back at 13.00, the bus is small, sometimes there are not enough seats and it makes two trips, the beach is shared, not very clean because of OUR bull tourists! The buoys are close to the shore and very shallow. And it's shallow for a very long time. I don't know what else to write. I'll post the photo later.

We are currently staying at this hotel, in room 102. We bought it for 11 nights and now I can't imagine how to continue living here. And we are with two children. I don't know where to turn anymore, they behave like hell. Let's go to the room, the floor in the room is not cleaned at all, it's very dirty. The first day, we wore white socks, but they turned black in half a day, they can't be washed. The TV is not working. We turn to the reception, they listen, nod their heads, say they will fix it. But nothing changes at all. There are 4 of us in the room! And right now we don't have a drop of water, no shampoo with gel, and a dirty room. On the first day, there were 2 towels for four, one shampoo, gel and 2 bottles of water! We live the second day with the same dirty floor, it is simply impossible to walk, with two wet towels and without shampoo with gel and without water. We went to the reception 2 times and nothing changes. We arrived via the fun sun tour operator. It's a nightmare, not a vacation, it's pointless to constantly solve these issues, to run to a meeting. I definitely do not recommend this hotel! I don't understand who writes positive reviews!

We had a separate one-storey villa with two entrances. Inside there is a kitchen and a huge living room. For the kitchen, they brought us the basic things we needed (plates, utensils, pots, pans). We had lunch at the villa and had dinner at restaurants. There is a small very warm (heated) swimming pool on the territory. There were very few people, although the houses were all occupied. Therefore, spending time by the pool is relaxation. In the morning, after breakfast (breakfast at the hotel), a bus arrives, which takes you to the beach, and picks you up from there, but you can also come by taxi if you are going to chill at the sea all day. The breakfasts are good, not very varied, but we had enough. Porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, vegetables, juices, coffee, sweets. The lawn on the territory is well-groomed, the territory is not very large, but "its own". Nearby, to go out through the gate, there is already a walking area, as they say, from the ship to the ball! From here you can reach the center of Sharjah and local attractions. Convenient location! The only drawback is that there is no bar by the pool as such, where you could come up and order non-alcoholic cocktails or juices. There is a menu, they can cook and bring juice. We had a rest at the hotel in early December. Positive: Pleasant territory, cozy, green. Normal more or less breakfasts, a beautiful restaurant in holiday Inn, where breakfasts are held. Bed linen is changed every day, towels too, if you throw them on the floor. Shampoos, gel, soap, tea, coffee, water are all replenished without problems and even more than necessary, there is a transfer to the beach and to the Dubai shopping center (we did not use it, the time was not convenient, we took a taxi ourselves), a very comfortable bed. Cons: The hotel is tired, requires a general cleaning of everything that is possible, and repairs! The furniture is old, there are layers of dust in the corners, the sofa in the living room is very dirty, the mattress on it is also very worn. There are a lot of crows and cats on the territory, in the morning they all scream from 5 o'clock and wake up, it's annoying. For some reason, the guests feed all these animals and this makes them even more. The most unpleasant thing: we were first settled in room 4502, this is the second floor in a house by the road and right next to the reception. After the road, we fell asleep and did not pay much attention to the very very noisy ventilation or something like that, the sound is like from a very loud washing machine, the sound does not stop, we spent two nights there and almost went crazy, asked to change the room, which no one was even surprised, all the employees already know that there is such a problem. Please note that only Russians are accommodated in this room, and a family was also settled right after us. We were moved to room 302 with its own lawn (we asked for one of these), the room turned out to be for the disabled, it was even dirtier than 4502, the doors were dirty, the curtains were dirty, just a nightmare, dust in all corners. There is not even a small partition in the bathroom between the toilet and the shower, as a result, there is always water and dirt everywhere in the bathroom, you have to walk in beach slippers in the room. Also about the pool, it is very deep, it is not convenient for children, there is something like a children's pool under the roof, there is mold all around, like some kind of paddock. Holiday Inn has a much nicer pool, but we still haven't figured out if we can use it. This is certainly not 4 stars at all. We would not have gone to this hotel 100% a second time.

Cons: there is no sound insulation inside the villa, the room is separated from the next room by an ordinary door, the neighbors got noisy with 4 children, respectively, for those who are picky and love silence there will be a problem. One of the disadvantages is poor sound insulation, if the neighbors get noisy, you will have to calm them down. Cleaning is satisfactory, and breakfast is served at a nearby hotel. The 2nd pool is super. Al Khan beach is 15 minutes away by taxi, 20 dirhams. Transfer to the beach in the morning, but we took a taxi because it was convenient for us. We stayed at this hotel in January 2022, we had a room with access to the lawn, it was very nice to sit at a table in the courtyard in the evening. The room is cozy, the furniture and furnishings are not new, but also not shabby. The room had a kitchen with dishes, a stove, a large refrigerator. We went to a nearby cafe to eat, very tasty breakfasts and lunches, all the dishes were adapted to our usual cuisine. There was even a gap.
