We had a vacation in April 2024 with friends.
A small village in the center of the city, that's what I would call this place. Cozy, comfortable, small one- and two-storey buildings. We had a separate one-storey villa with two entrances. Inside there is a kitchen and a huge living room.
For the kitchen, they brought us the basic things we needed (plates, utensils, pots, pans). We had lunch at the villa and had dinner at restaurants. There is a small very warm (heated) swimming pool on the territory. There were very few people, although the houses were all occupied. Therefore, spending time by the pool is relaxation.
In the morning, after breakfast (breakfast at the hotel), a bus arrives, which takes you to the beach, and picks you up from there, but you can also come by taxi if you are going to chill at the sea all day.
The breakfasts are good, not very varied, but we had enough. Porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, vegetables, juices, coffee, sweets.
The lawn on the territory is well-groomed, the territory is not very large, but "its own". Nearby, to go out through the gate, there is already a walking area, as they say, from the ship to the ball! From here you can reach the center of Sharjah and local attractions. Convenient location!
The only drawback is that there is no bar by the pool as such, where you could come up and order non-alcoholic cocktails or juices. There is a menu, they can cook and bring juice.

A very nice hotel with excellent detached houses for 2-4 rooms. Good breakfasts, everything is delicious and varied. Room service is on the level. A swimming pool with an area under the roof, convenient for children so that they do not get burned in the sun.
During our stay at the hotel, the series was filmed, apparently, the territory attracted the filmmakers with its flavor))

We rested in Marbella from 02.03.24-05.03.24 after a cruise in the Persian Gulf.I wanted peace and quiet after a huge noisy liner with a huge number of people. And here I got it. We lived in Villa 1702, located approximately on the quiet middle line. The villa had two rooms: a living room with a sofa, a table, a TV and a bedroom. Bathroom with shower.In the hallway there was a refrigerator on which there was a small tea area with a kettle, cups, sets of tea and coffee. Two 200 ml bottles of water were added daily.Every morning at 9 a.m. the bus took us to the beach and picked us up at one o'clock in the afternoon. The pool is deep enough to work until 20h, beach towels are also provided there.The breakfasts are good, there is porridge, several hot dishes, good pastries, watermelon, melon.Coffee is brought from the coffee machine at your request.The staff is helpful and friendly.Cozy, calm.We liked it, we want to come back.

Great hotel. Cozy rather large houses, rooms have water, tea table, shampoos, etc. (all are regularly replenished). Very comfortable bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast/lunch/dinner at the nearby HI. The only drawback is the beach, it is far away and public.

Pros: the location is gorgeous, there are many shops, cafes, a fresh fish market where you can cook it, a promenade and a private exit to it from the hotel, villas with their own green lawn with palm trees, a table and chairs on the veranda in the evening you can sit..The staff solved all the problems as they arrived.Cleaning is daily, everyone brings what you ask.
Cons: there is no sound insulation inside the villa, the room is separated from the next room by an ordinary door, the neighbors got noisy with 4 children, respectively, for those who are picky and love silence there will be a problem. The playground was closed, apparently for repairs.

Good afternoon! Friendly staff, hospitable receptionist. Beautiful spacious rooms. Cleaning was carried out regularly, every day without complaints. Hygiene kits are the best, L'occitane is a separate respect. The half board was excellent at the restaurant. Unfortunately, my husband had a birthday on the day of arrival, despite the advance notification of the travel agent, the hotel did not mark it in any way....

Food: we only have breakfast, not very diverse, but there is a small choice
Location: the hotel is located almost in the center, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, in addition to local ones, KFC, Burger King are within walking distance.
There is a large shopping center nearby, there is an embankment, a water park and a Ferris wheel in walking distance (but, in the heat, it is better to take a taxi).
Taxis are all state-owned, they don't cheat and everyone has the same price tag.
Rooms: comfortable, large. There is a kitchen in the room, only kitchen utensils have to be asked by the staff.
You can also ask for a clothes dryer and extra bed linen, if necessary. There is an ironing board and an iron in the room.
The rooms located on the ground floor have their own terrace.
There is a bus to the beach every morning. You can get back by taxi, or by the same bus, the only inconvenience is the schedule (comes to the beach after 13, when it's very hot)
Beach towels can be rented at the hotel.
In general, the hotel is satisfied with all issues, there are no complaints)

A wonderful place to relax, two-storey houses. Our room was on the ground floor with access to the terrace. The room has everything you need, in the morning we brewed coffee in a turk and drank at a table near the house under palm trees. We went to the main, new building for breakfast and dinner (since it's all one complex), where we also really liked it.

The impression is twofold. Among the advantages - an oasis among the concrete jungle, birds, silence, beautiful views of the embankment, transfer to the beach and to the Deira City Center, there is where to walk and where to go.
Among the disadvantages are very unequal living conditions, i.e. if you are settled in a bungalow with room 02, then there will be no kitchen with a microwave, and evening gatherings at a table in a green clearing. All this is located nearby, near the bungalow with the number 01. You'll get the noise from the door and the smells from the kitchen.
But otherwise everything is good enough.

Not the first time in Sharjah, I really like Sharjah…Palm trees, greenery. A lovely hotel with a good location near the green lagoon. There is a place to walk. There are supermarkets nearby where you can even buy ready-made food. The dining room in a separate building is 5 minutes away. The food (breakfast) is good, pancakes, omelets, sausages, fruits, vegetables, desserts. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The staff speaks English. we checked in as we arrived at 11 am. The rooms are good, two-room.There is a kettle and a hairdryer in the room. There is a balcony, a table there, chairs. The pool worked alone, heated. There is a bus to the beach.they take you to Alkhan beach (10 -15 minutes). We took a taxi a couple of times for 350-400 rubles. There is a bus station not far from the hotel, you can take a bus to the metro, and then to Dubai. Which we did a couple of times. Nearby is the Steam Train market, where you can buy Arabic perfumes at good prices. There is an exchange office. Near the fruit market, they sell dates. Fish market, you can choose fish or shrimp, which will be cooked there. I liked everything very much. I would definitely return to this hotel. As in the UAE.

I liked the hotel. It is located on the waterfront of the Khalid Lagoon.A very beautiful view of the lagoon, there is a place to walk in the evening.The breakfasts are regular:egg dishes, porridge, juices,pastries, sausages, cheese.Dinner and lunch are great:meat, chicken, fish, seafood 3 times, delicious desserts.1.5 liters of water were always put in the room, coffee, tea, shampoos were replenished.The linen was changed.There was a transfer to the beach and to Dubai.No deposit is needed.

Nice hotel. We lived on the second floor. View of the Ferris wheel and the water park. It was hot, of course, but the air conditioner was working properly) We had breakfast at a nearby hotel, apparently one owner. A cooling pool, a rescue in this heat. There is a free bus to the sea every day at 9.00 there, at 13.00 back, but the sea is like fresh milk, I did not want to swim there.

We rested in Marbella 2 times, we liked everything, the Emirate of Sharjah, the quietest and most peaceful emirate, there is very strict with drinking alcohol. Marbella is like an oasis, it's green everywhere, and the rooms are bungalows. In 2020, after the renovation, everything became different, more modern. In general, everything was fine, the staff is good, there is a Russian-speaking administrator. I advise you to go to Sharjah and relax at the 4-star Marbella Resort hotel.

An oasis in the concrete jungle.
We had a family vacation: two adults, two children. The room was taken by a Master suite, with a kitchen. Large, two-room. The repair is not new, but normal. They are cleaned cleanly, if you ask them to focus on floors or plumbing, then they perform without any problems. The staff is helpful. It's very cool that there is its own green lawn.the birds are singing. It is very pleasant to sit on the veranda in the evenings.There is an internal gate on the territory of the hotel, which opens from the same card as the room. Through it you get directly to the embankment along the lagoon. Within walking distance of butterfly Park, amusement park. The location is simply gorgeous. We took a taxi to the beach, because the transfer left later, and it was already hot. Breakfast in a nearby Holiday. It is quite diverse and delicious. If a hotel is a villa, then you need to be prepared for the neighborhood with the local fauna. But these are harmless lizards and beetles. In general, we liked everything.

A wonderful hotel in Sharjah, in the center. They offer accommodation in bungalows. There is no private beach. There are Steam Trains nearby-Gold suk (gold market). The rooms are nice, with fresh furniture. Lived in a master suite with a kitchen and two rooms. From the hotel in early March there were transfers to the beaches and to the Deira City Centre shopping center. It takes about half an hour by taxi from the hotel to the center of Dubai, but on a working day, due to traffic jams, this time can greatly increase. Keep in mind, there are traffic jams. You can use public transport, but it's more for the sake of general interest. For a tourist, it won't be much cheaper if you live in Sharjah. There is a place to walk from the hotel. You can, for example, walk to the square with restaurants or to the Train market. By taxi it is not far to go to the Aquarium, the Al Jazeera Amusement Park and the cool Al Mamzar Park with excellent beaches and barbecue areas. In summary, I had a good rest and expensive, but I won't go to Sharjah anymore)

We stayed at this hotel in January 2022, we had a room with access to the lawn, it was very nice to sit at a table in the courtyard in the evening. The room is cozy, the furniture and furnishings are not new, but also not shabby. The room had a kitchen with dishes, a stove, a large refrigerator. We went to a nearby cafe to eat, very tasty breakfasts and lunches, all the dishes were adapted to our usual cuisine. There was even a gap. They took you to the beach at 10 a.m., even in January you can swim safely, it's hot in the afternoon. It is cooler in the evening, +19 approximately

No positive emotions from staying at this hotel from the first day of arrival! There is zero hospitality! I arrived at 8 a.m., check-in from 2 p.m., they said wait! I offered to pay, they refused, they said the room was not ready, there were no rooms! Tired from the road, I didn't sleep, I wasn't even offered any water or coffee! I don't say breakfast at all! Oh, the horror! There is no choice, some croissants every day, and even those are not always fresh, puffs and muffins! Think before booking your vacation here! I'll give you 3 points, only for good room cleaning!

The impression is twofold. On the one hand, I liked the location, individual houses, a swimming pool. On the other hand: the work of cleaners requires control. Then there are no towels, then linen. The houses have several rooms, inside they are separated by a simple door that is closed. Because of this door, the acoustics are such that it's like someone is walking in your room. And noisy ventilation. They turned it off at night to sleep normally. But in general, I liked it more than not. See for yourself :)

1- the rooms are very "tired", the renovation was updated only in the rooms with a kitchen. The territory is also shabby : the sun beds are old , the pool is dirty , the gate that leads to the embankment is broken and no one is going to fix it . The breakfasts are very meager , as coffee they offer a 3 - in - 1 diluted Nescafe , the same thing every day and no variety . 2 times, at my request, they cooked Americano, on the third day they said that they would need to pay. There are no restaurants nearby , only local eateries (no desire to even go there ) . The bus goes to the beach 1 time at 9 am , carries Marbella and the neighboring Holiday . There are a lot of people and of course everyone does not fit into 1 bus . Instead of finding out in advance who will go and in what quantity they make people wait - I have not seen this in any hotel . It 's the same story back - people sit for 30 minutes and wait for them to be picked up , as a result they took a taxi ..

There used to be a great restaurant on this ship. Now the dilapidated one stands in the middle of the lagoon.
The hotel itself is good, we had windows facing it. There are not many people in the hotel, separate houses for a family with their own plot. But it's kind of uncomfortable in the middle of a big city. And because the houses are low, there is no view of the beautiful lagoon.
