I would say 5/5 about cleaning. The location is 5/5 for those who stay for sightseeing purposes. We went on foot to Tophane, Ulu Mosque, Koza Khan, Yeşil Türbe and Irgandi Bridge. There is a parking problem in the area on the weekend. The sound insulation is poor, I can generally say 8 out of 10 according to the price.
