So, friends, I visited the legendary Burj Khalifa. And, you know, it was so epic that I now understand why they call it a "skyscraper." Because after the visit, I was left feeling like I had become a bit of a "heaven" myself — everything was so much higher than my expectations.
To begin with, I decided to go up to the observation deck. The elevator that takes me there is moving so fast that my ears were almost left on the ground floor. I thought it was the end, but no— it was just the beginning.
When I went to the playground, they offered me binoculars. Of course, I took it to explore the surroundings. But as it turned out, I set it up incorrectly and saw Dubai instead... his own nose bridge. This was my first "panoramic view".
Further — more. I decided to take a selfie against the horizon. But as it turned out, I forgot that I have the front light on my phone. As a result, instead of a beautiful frame, I got a scared portrait with a backlight, like a horror movie character.
And then I saw the glass floor. You know, the one where you can stand and look down at the city like you're a floating superhero. Of course, I decided to give it a try. But as it turned out, my brain wasn't ready for this level of extreme. I froze in place, as if rooted to the spot, and started shouting, "I'm not ready! I'm not ready!" To which the guard calmly replied, "Sir, it's just glass. You won't fall." But I knew it wasn't just glass-it was a test of my nerves.
And now, the climax. I decided to buy a miniature souvenir of the Burj Khalifa. But when I was looking at it, I accidentally dropped it. And you know what? It crashed. Right in front of my eyes. I stood there, looking at the pieces, and thought, "Well, now I've destroyed the symbol of Dubai."
But the funniest thing happened when I was already going downstairs. A man came up to me in the elevator and asked: "Aren't you the guy who was screaming on the glass floor?" I, of course, replied, "Yes, it's me." To which he smiled and said: "You were the most interesting exhibit today."
So, friends, if you decide to visit the Burj Khalifa, remember: this is not just a skyscraper. This is a place where you can become a part of history. And maybe even part of the exhibition.
P.S. I bought the miniature anyway. Now it's on my shelf, reminding me that even skyscrapers can be fragile. So did my self-esteem after that visit.

This is a miracle of technology. The tower area is simply mesmerizing. There are skyscrapers all around, a beautiful pond. In the evening, the tower lights up with colorful lights and fountains. The sound of water and passing small colorfully decorated vessels. The spectacle is simply mesmerizing and attracts multilingual audiences from all over the world. I fell in love with the Emirates. Here you want to walk along the cleanest sidewalks and admire the splendidly blooming petunias in different colors. I want to come here again and again, and the first thing to do is come to this modern tower. I say thank you, residents of a modern city, and I do not say goodbye to you. If possible, I will come and enjoy the city again, on the shores of the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea Strait.

Visiting Burj Khalifa left me with an unforgettable experience. Already on the approach to the building, its grandeur and scale are felt. Recently, my wife and I had the exceptional opportunity to visit one of the most impressive places on the planet – the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. It was an unforgettable adventure that gave us a lot of positive emotions and memories.
From the very beginning, our journey was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and elegance. We approached the majestic skyscraper and immediately felt its scale – it literally soars into the sky, causing admiration and delight. The entrance to the Burj Khalifa was decorated with exquisite details, already foreshadowing something incredible for us.
But the real magic began when we climbed to the highest observation deck. The atmospheric elevator, which raced upwards at breakneck speed, was already part of this exciting experience. When the elevator doors opened, we found ourselves at an incredible height, offering stunning views of the endless Dubai and its famous architecture.
Pleasant surprises awaited us on the site: delicious snacks, a variety of goodies and, of course, champagne. We enjoyed wonderful dishes, admiring the night city, which sparkled with lights. The mixture of the aroma of freshly prepared delicacies and sparkling champagne created the perfect atmosphere for a romantic evening.
I especially remember the moment when we went out on the balcony. The soft breeze, the gentle swaying and the incomparable view – it was all just magical. We stood hand in hand, hugging each other, and just marveled at the beauty and grandeur of this place. The feeling of flying and lightness at such an altitude was indescribable, and we remembered it for the rest of our lives.
The whole visit was carefully thought out and organized so that every moment was literally saturated with luxury and comfort. We visited Burj Khalifa itself in the morning, standing in a small queue for tickets, and took an observation room on the 148th floor, not cheap. First, they gathered us in a small room, offered us tea, juice, and cookies. Then we passed the control, as at the airport. We had a short tour. I raise and lower the staff. No one limited our time on the observation deck, and we were impressed. It was interesting to see the city and the desert outside the city, the bay. The Burj Khalifa Square also has something to see and where to walk, it's beautiful both during the day and when it gets dark, with lighting, from 18.00 you can see a musical light show of fountains, the music is always different and the projection on the Burj Khalifa too. You can buy a ticket to the pontoon and watch the show from the water. You can also take a boat ride along the canals and to the fountain. It's very beautiful and unforgettable.

I've been admiring this building since the beginning of its construction! And finally I visited 125-124 floors. One floor is enclosed, the second is terraced. It's certainly an incredible experience!
I'll start with the pros:
1. The view is gorgeous! I was there in the evening, the beauty is indescribable!
2. There are no queues at 19 o'clock, we walked to the elevators in 5 minutes and then because of the long corridors. We left on the second elevator
3. The elevator rides for 77 seconds
Minuses:
1. They take pictures of you everywhere, give you a card and constantly ask you to print a photo. I don't know exactly how much they cost, but they're not cheap (I realized by the round eyes of the buyers)))
2. Probably the most important disadvantage. VERY DIRTY WINDOWS! well, on the 2 floors where you take tourists, the windows could be washed, so as not to spoil the impression.
3. We had dinner tickets, so we had to find staff to take us to a restaurant.
How to find it.
Dubai Mall is just huge!!!
We arrived a day earlier to find the entrance to the Burj Khalifa. We realized that the easiest way to walk from the subway is down the street directly to the entrance or through the passage to the Mall, then go out to the fountains and walk down the street to the entrance. Because we still haven't figured out how to get through the mall (probably topographical cretinism))))
If you have an electronic ticket, you need to print it at the counter. There are 4 queues. One of them is online tickets and purchase. I.e. You will be standing to print the ticket with those who did not buy it. Since we were at the mall the day before the visit, we printed out the tickets in advance (we were lucky at that time (19.50) there was no queue at all).
If possible, I'll go back in the daytime, it's very impressive!

Why: we had no queue, fewer people, free coffee with a tower pattern, tables, sofas - everything is very comfortable and we were very lucky with the weather. The visit time is November 30, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. In the elevator, in just half a minute, you immediately went up to 148, of course, your ears were stuck, but it's great to find yourself on such a high floor. We decided to go up there too. The cost was 40,000 rubles of our Russian for two adults and a child of eight years old. We were given vip stickers, why we didn't understand. In the general queue, we were told not to get up, but they took us to a separate room (on the right), there were already several people there, where we waited for the girl who led us to the elevator for a long time.
Accordingly, we just went into this elevator, went upstairs, got out, looked, took pictures, well, that's about it. No, of course, the view is really beautiful. And, of course, it was interesting to see…
