The breakfasts are weak, otherwise a normal hotel for your money. Metro 5 minutes on foot, in the area about 7 minutes away there is a supermarket, Dodo pizza, 15 minutes from the shopping center. I didn't notice any dirt or anything bad. The bedside tables don't have sockets, only the table.

A very cool breakfast (buffet). Very close to the metro (2 minutes walk to the green line if you go through the parking lot). Near the metro station there is an inexpensive Gift Home store, like. The room is clean in the hotel. The staff is very polite and pleasant, unobtrusive.

A decent hotel with a good breakfast and close proximity to the Union Station subway. Cons: the area of auto parts stores is not a tourist area. Thin doors, which makes all the walking along the corridor audible.

I went to neighboring hotels for comparison. For this money (220 dirhams, including all taxes, which run up at least 50 dirhams for any room) in this area you are unlikely to find something better. Not far from the metro. There were no problems during the stay. All issues are resolved quickly, the room looks small but cozy. One person working in their cafe speaks Russian. Breakfast for 25 dirhams is a small buffet. Children under 6 years old are free of charge. Later we went to another hotel - Pearl Residence. Because it was located at a good road junction near the Burjuman metro station. And paying an additional 30 dirhams to 220, we received a room with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and 2 toilets - 60m. However, 250 dirhams were negotiated on the spot, through booking it turned out 285 with all taxes. You can bargain with the condition that you are not for one day, but at least for 5.
