However, despite the positive aspects, it encountered a number of significant drawbacks during operation. The most important of them were the constant creepy queues that arose regardless of the time of day and day of the week. This significantly complicated and complicates the process of receiving orders, creating inconvenience and delaying the wait. In addition, the service left much to be desired: it was very slow, which only made the queuing situation worse. In winter, the situation worsened even more — the site was constantly dirty and slippery, which posed a danger to visitors. In general, despite the convenient location and some positive aspects, the quality of service and the condition of the territory require serious improvements. I hope the management will pay attention to this and take measures to improve the comfort and safety of visitors.
