This is the first time I've written a negative review, but I really wanted to. The girl who works at this pick-up point, who is older, should either change her place of work or become at least a little more friendly. Never once, when I picked up the goods, did the person greet me in return. A constantly dissatisfied face, scanning and delivery of goods occurs as if with a favor. Every time you leave there, you feel guilty for something. The basic "hello", "thank you", "goodbye" are ignored. I no longer order anything at this pick-up point.

I came here for the last time... There are huge queues every time, constant interruptions, and we have to wait no matter how many times we don't show up. Today, the children came to pick up the order. The child put the toy on the ottoman, when they came out of the fitting room, the toy disappeared. They searched, but they didn't find it. They just stole it from under my nose. All this is under the cameras. No one offered to watch the cameras. The child is hysterical, upset, and everyone's mood is spoiled.

I ordered the product with home delivery. I paid on November 29. The product has not been delivered yet. The question is why? Disgusting attitude towards customers. I've been calling several times and I can't get an answer. It's terrible!!! I won't order anything else for Valberes. The phone number listed on the website is unavailable. Why specify a phone number that cannot be reached?
