Excellent location of the hotel:There is a beach across the street, sea views from the rooms, shops, restaurants, entertainment and attractions within walking distance. The beach is great and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They will always go to a meeting. There is a swimming pool on the territory, when the weather is not very hot and the waves are on the sea, you can swim there. The hotel is 3*, the rooms are a little tired, but this is compensated by the price. As for the food, the food is delicious, there is also a choice. The room was cleaned every day. I took off one star because some of the light switches were broken and there were stains on the linen.

Nice hotel. The rooms need to be updated, especially the hangers in the closet, as it is impossible to hang things. Cleaned often, the staff is friendly. The food is mainly for those who like vegetables, as there was not much variety of meat and fish, but always fresh fruits and cold drinks. The view from the dining room is gorgeous, just like in the pictures. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the monument and the square, there are many exchangers and shops with pharmacies (I advise you to change money away from the hotel, as the exchange rate is more profitable). WiFi is available on the ground floor, near the reception, there are a lot of sofas and you can sit. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the sea: get out and cross the road (the beach is urban, but clean, there was water to wash).

A wonderful plus-size hotel for your money! No matter who says what! The staff is excellent! Gentlemen Selim, Shanol, Erdal speak Russian. Beer, red and white wine 👍from 10.00 to 22.00 vodka))) after 17.00, the Cook is generally well done! It makes excellent dishes from a minimum of products. Don't forget about the price of accommodation !!!))))) You won't stay hungry anyway! A very big plus is the view! The rooftop restaurant!!! The beach is a hundred meters across the street. We have been vacationing for five years in a row. Refrigerator and air conditioning in the room. In the cool season, the water heater. The hotel is being renovated gradually. Solid three-piece as stated.

A good hotel for its 3 stars. We arrived at 4 a.m. and an hour later we were settled. He is a very pleasant manager, speaks good Russian. I would also like to mention the work of the cleaner Arina. A beautiful woman, kind and smiling. I am ready to fulfill any request as soon as possible. Across the street is the city beach, a 7-minute walk from the center of Alanya and the port with a beautiful park. Everything is fine with nutrition. There is a lot of food. There is chicken and fish, lots of vegetables. The fruit is watermelon. You definitely won't stay hungry. We overeated because the portions are huge!!! Alcohol includes red and white wine, beer, vodka and gin. The wine is certainly disgusting. For the rest, I won't say - we haven't tried it. The pool on site is very small, more for children, but we didn't need to, we went to the sea. There is no animation either, and there are no night discos either. The hotel is more suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday with children or for pensioners. The highlight of this hotel is the rooftop dining room. The view from above is magnificent.

We visited the Barkhan Beach Hotel at the very beginning of June 2025. The weather is good from 26 to 30 degrees, without rain. The sea is warm, comfortable, without plates and jellyfish, there are practically no waves (beyond the waves to Cleopatra beach). The location is excellent, close to the center. A nice sandy beach, free of charge, right across the street with showers and a paid toilet, which is not needed by the guests of this hotel because the hotel is a couple of dozen meters away. Dining terrace on the top floor with a magnificent view. The food is good for three people. There is little meat, enough vegetables, and practically no baking. Plus, it will be difficult to gain extra pounds. Unlimited wine and beer from 11-22 o'clock. The room was cleaned once in 8 days. Towels are not changed at all. There is liquid soap in a dispenser on the wall, a hair dryer. The rooms themselves are old and small. Working air conditioning without additional charges, TV, refrigerator. There is always hot water in the shower. Internet is only available in the lobby. The pool has no slide, few people swim in it because the sea is nearby. There are a lot of entertainment in the area, souvenir shops, grocery Migros, where you can pay in dollars, and you get change from them in Turkish liters and you don't need an exchanger. There is a chain Bim, A 101. Nearby is the Alanya Mall shopping center and a local five-story Turkish goods store (very close to the interior)with textiles, cosmetics, etc. You can go to the castle on the mountain, the tower of Alanya, the cave, ride the funicular, or just take a walk on the mountain. There are restaurants with great views, observation decks, shops, and a mosque. There are many ships sailing from the port at different times with different programs, at various prices depending on the selected wishes (foam party, disco, evening dinner, lunch...)and travel time. There are many chain stores in the center: Coton, De Facto, Waikiki,Polo... Walking streets with umbrellas, lamps, and flashlights suspended from above. Near the port there is a park with fountains, goldfish in a pond, live music in bars. You can ride quad bikes for about an hour, even for those who have never been behind the wheel (they teach you very well beforehand). Jump from the mountain by parachute. Take an excursion to the ruins of the ancient city of Side, with a visit to the mosque, waterfalls, plus lunch for 35 euros per person. The price of public transport is 34 lira on the card (visa and master card) directly on the bus (you do not need a travel card). If for cash, then 40 liras. In order for the bus to stop, you need to wave your hand to get out-press the button on the handrail.

A small city hotel, we wanted it to be just such that all the sights of Alanya were nearby, the Red Tower (Kyzyl Kule), the lighthouse, the port, the Fortress are all within walking distance. We took 7 bus stops to Cleopatra Beach in the heat, and we were on the beach, with a 40-lira bus ticket for about 90 rubles. The food was delicious, we took only vegetables and chicken, once or twice we gave fish and baklava for dinner... For 3* it is very good with food and drinks. The staff was friendly, the rooms were small, but we had enough space, mostly we came to the hotel to sleep and eat, the rest of the time we were at the sea and on walks in Alanya.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is just around the corner. Access to the sea is good, there are no plates, there are plates on Cleopatra beach, we were there 1 time, I did not like it. The rooms are small, but they are normal for three people. The staff is good. Wi-Fi on the 1st floor. The kitchen is certainly weak. But there are many cafes in the city where you can eat. And what a beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant, super. Shops nearby: Migros, Waikiki, etc. We took a sightseeing tour, I liked it. A normal three-piece, for an unpretentious tourist. The star was removed only because of poor nutrition.

A great hotel for your money! The beach is nearby, you will always find a free sunbed. The owners of these sun beds come up periodically and ask for a payment of 400 lire per day. I always said that I just paid that guy over there-and then he disappeared))) The hotel staff is nice and attentive. The shower broke down-it was fixed within an hour, the rooms are cleaned daily. The food is normal, you won't stay hungry. If you want to eat something unusual, then definitely not at this hotel. Wi-Fi is free on the ground floor only.

We stayed at this hotel with our family in July 2025. Some problems started at the reception right away. The girls at the counter don't understand Russian, so I had to use a translator. We arrived at 16:00 to check in, but we were told that there were no clean rooms and we would have to walk for half an hour. Of course, this surprised us, because check-in starts at 14:00 and, I think, the rooms could have been prepared for our time. We were offered to go up and wait in their dining room on the 5th floor. The only advantage is that there are unlimited drinks. There is a coffee machine, but it is difficult to name what it produces. There's a juicer nearby that's constantly breaking down, and it tastes weird, but you can get used to it. The bar has alcohol (wine, beer, vodka) and soda, all of which are unlimited too. There is also black tea and ordinary boiling water. The staff in the dining room is very kind. Everyone is friendly and friendly, although they don't understand the language either. After half an hour had passed, we returned to the reception desk and were told that there were no available rooms and we needed to spend the night in one room at 4, which is designed for 2 people. And tomorrow, as compensation, we will be given two rooms with a sea view. P.S. no one has given us a room with a sea view. The room itself is bright and spacious for 2 people, but the room itself needs renovation, especially the shower room. The cleaning staff is very noisy, especially after lunch, and the room itself is not noise-insulated, there is a bar below and music can be heard at night. They are cleaned once a day, but sometimes they may not be cleaned at all. Towels are not changed. I had to come up several times to get a new one. On nutrition. There is enough food, but for an amateur. They give meat (nuggets, schnitzel, liver, etc.) and even fish. You won't stay hungry. In the hotel itself, the Internet only works in the lobby and outside, near the pool, but for people living on the ground floor, there is an advantage in the room with 107-101, because it catches the Internet right in the room. One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. There is a beach just across the street. 5 minutes walk. And in principle, the hotel itself is located almost in the center of Alanya, where there are many shops and a park nearby, you don't have to go far.

I want to leave my honest review of the hotel. Positive: -location in the very center of Alanya, across the street is the sea with a clean beach. - the view from the hotel is gorgeous. Minuses: - the food is tolerable. But on the third day of arrival, I couldn't eat it anymore. Yes, there is a lot of choice, but it has a very peculiar taste and smell. I was very worried about not getting poisoned, as a result, on the last day of arrival, I collapsed with poisoning. - The rooms are in terrible condition. (We read the reviews and were prepared for the quality of the rooms) but in fact it's 10 times worse! - The attitude of the staff is normal, but indifferent. I'm sure if there was any serious situation, they wouldn't have helped us at this hotel. - all the water is often turned off at night. Both hot and cold. It works without interruptions during the day. To sum up, if you have a limited budget, but you want to go to sea abroad, you can go to this hotel, but for a maximum of 7 days. And if possible, take more money with you to eat outside and not show up at the hotel as much as possible. By the way, I'm not a very whimsical tourist and I've seen a lot of different things. But it was very hard for me to stay in this hotel. The terrace on the 5th floor, where meals are held, was saved.

We had a rest in July 2025. The hotel matched the description and the stated stars. Location near the sea. Minus there is no private beach. The food is moderate, and varied enough to keep you full. The staff is friendly, cleaned daily. All the sights are within walking distance. The views from the fortress are stunning. I recommend the hotel if you are not a sophisticated tourist.

100/10 ❤️‍🔥 We had a rest in September of the 25th year The first impression is deceptive! It worked here as never before.… We were in no mood, tired and exhausted from the long journey and the flight delay, and then we were checked into a scary room (at first glance). I didn't like the proximity (right in front of the elevator), I immediately thought it would be noisy.. and she asked to see another room , they offered 101 on the 1st floor - in fact , the 2nd It's just perfect, we've already figured that out over time! ❤️‍🔥All the equipment worked, there were no problems even once. The plumbing is new, the liquid soap and toilet paper were brought regularly! Special thanks to the maids! The rooms are clean in the hotel, as in some luxury hotels they do not change the bed linen for a week, we immediately put up a do not disturb sign ourselves, because the room was clean and towels were ready to be changed every day And the bed was definitely changed 4-5 times in 14 days (I don't remember anymore) We left tips and our room was constantly decorated, in the end they didn't leave any more, but they still left us hearts and swans.☺️ 🔸There are no beach towels, well, we knew that, we brought our own, It's not scary 🔶 There is a cooler at the bottom, refueled without any problems )) About the balconies, yes, they write about the smell of garbage, unfortunately, on the left side of the hotel at the end (if you look at the sea) there is a sin from the neighboring building , but what can you do) Well , we didn 't smell , but we didn 't keep the door open either , because we turned on the air conditioner . The room was for 3 people, we lived together, it was a little cramped, because in 2 weeks we bought everything and I also took a lot of things, but if you want, you can organize everything carefully 🥗🥘🧁About food: you've never been poisoned!, people wash their hands more often before eating! Otherwise, many complain, and you touch the elevator doors yourself, then watermelon bread, slurp water from the sea, here's a rotovirus for you (I always take Enterosgel and for prevention purposes we just drink a spoonful every day) There is a choice, but the main course is only 1-2 with practically no choice. Tea, coffee, juices at all meals, lemonades lunch and dinner (I won't say about alcohol, we don't drink) ✅Proximity to the sea ! gorgeous ✅ the center is a 15 - minute walk away and all the popular shops are there too It 's like 20 minutes to Alanyum . We went to the fortress at night! Fire 🔥 Then we went swimming to this fortress, went out in the morning and only 15-20 minutes and on a small beach where there are gorgeous underwater views and fish!We didn 't get out of the water for half a day , admiring the views We went to Cleopatra 1 time for the sake of underwater views, again , the beach itself did not go in because of the sudden descent into the water, you can not wallow like on our side We found a common language with our guide from fan san Ahmed, I saw how he helped other tourists with questions about the hotel, but we just got carried away with him and went on excursions through him, we liked it!On excursions , of course , the service does not compare with the Emirates (where we went more often) , but in general everything is organized without problems , full support and an interesting program I'm telling you right away not to go shopping, it's all nonsense!! Go on foot to Alanya or there was a taxi 300 lire or something like that on the way back)) We didn't see any cockroaches, bedbugs, or anything else, oh yes ... only a bird built a nest and lived in the ventilation window in the bathroom, but it didn't bother us. 😅 The staff is friendly, we became friends with everyone there, the senior administrator or maybe the male director speaks Russian, there is a first-aid kit on the ground floor when they got hurt, I took iodine peroxide from there) In general, I was very pleased with the choice of the hotel, we flew for 135k for two from Kazan for 14 days, all inclusive, we were satisfied !! And by the way, at the check-out we were allowed to eat more before waiting for the transfer, which was very encouraging. It was impossible in other countries(

The location is excellent, the center of Alanya, lots of traffic and merchants, 3 minutes walk to the sea. The view from the roof where the dining room is located is stunning. The food is good, if you are used to the variety of 5 * hotels, the food will seem meager, but you will definitely be full and not overloaded, there is little meat, vegetables are plentiful. The quality of the food is good, the staff is eating this food. The hotel staff is wonderful, they will try to solve any of your questions and problems, our shower broke down, repair and replacement took 5 minutes. They were friendly and courteous, and the owner asked us how we were doing and if everything was okay all the time. There are no animators or entertainers in the hotel, the pool is small, but clean, and it's good to lie down there after lunch in the heat. The biggest drawback is the room stock, all the textiles are tired - towels, curtains, bed linen. Bed linen has not been changed in a week, towels are available on request without any problems. I give 5 stars because I sincerely wish this place growth and prosperity.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2025, arrived at 23:00 from the airport, the receptionist at the entrance said that the hotel was overcrowded, we had to wait an hour, tired went to a cafe near the hotel, when we returned, the receptionist explained that we had to wait another hour until the room was cleaned. When we were finally settled, we were very surprised by the quality of the "cleaning", there was a full trash can in the room, sunflower peels on the bathroom floor, wet towels on the bed. I had to go down to the receptionist again, by the way, the staff hardly speaks Russian, communication is either in English or through an interpreter Did we ask him to come up to the room with us and sort it out somehow? They changed the trash, but they said about everything else - tomorrow morning, there was nothing left but sad and tired to go to bed in such a room. In the morning, they had already done a normal cleaning and even swans of towels, in general, they cleaned and changed towels every day. But the room itself is quite dirty, there is a lot of mold in the bathroom. Nutrition is 7/10, a lot of salads, no meat at all, chicken or offal or semi-finished products, sometimes it is very tasteless, sometimes quite good)) Everything was included in the drinks - beer, wine, gin, sodas and local juices, sodas. One of the advantages of the hotel is its location, everything is nearby, there is a beach across the street, admission is free, but two sun beds and an umbrella cost 400 lira (about 800 rubles), you can also walk to the port, to the fortress, there is a cat park and local shops nearby, everything is within walking distance. In general, the hotel is suitable as a place to stay overnight, but there are quite a few disadvantages that can spoil the mood and impressions of the rest.

Good afternoon, I want to share my impressions of a memorable vacation. The hotel is located on the first coastline, directly facing the sea.The balcony offers a wonderful view of the Alanya fortress, at night it is illuminated around the perimeter. The staff was polite, the food was delicious. My room wasn't big, but since I was relaxing alone, everything was fine with me, a huge bed, a small closet, a refrigerator, a shower, a hairdryer, a TV, and air conditioning. Large balcony. The hotel has its own swimming pool, though not large, but deep. The elevator is very interesting, but it worked fine.Dining room on the roof of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea.In conclusion, I want to say that I came to relax by the sea, went on many excursions, and the chosen hotel completely satisfied me. I just didn't take into account even some of the existing shortcomings. You shouldn't be naughty, because the hotel has 3 rooms, and the location is 5. And yet, I almost forgot, they offer various drinks in the dining room.:tea, coffee, juices, sprite. White and red wine, very tasty beer and stronger drinks and cocktails.

Great hotel , we have been traveling here with children for 4 years, everything is nearby, there are many places where you can walk ! The food is varied, especially vegetables! The rooms are not new, but the price is low-cost, so for those who need ice cream, 10 types of omelets and so on, you are not here!cleaning every day, the hotel is clean , for those who love movement, the center must choose it! The hotel is 5+, the beach is paid 300 lira for 2 sun beds and an umbrella, the beach is urban, clean.

On the downside, the rooms are very simple. A type of hostel. But the linen is all clean, everything is cleaned. Amenities like a tuplet and a shower in the room. The biggest huge plus is the sea across the street. We came across room 103 and, going out onto the balcony, the sea coast overlooks our view. The view is simply spectacular. In fact, you only come to the room to sleep, the main thing is to be clean and economical.

I liked the hotel. The most important and necessary things are there: a bed, a shower with toilet, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a wardrobe with hangers. Yes, there is no sound insulation, the walls are thin and everything is audible. There is no sideboard in the shower, and water pours onto the floor, but the floor is slightly sloped and the water drains into the drain hole. Everything dries out quickly. But in general, as a base and a place to stay for the night, it's quite good. Wi-Fi is available on the 2nd floor in a room, I was lucky, room 206. The location of the hotel is great! I crossed the road and there it is, the beach and the sea! Nearby there is a tour desk, a hairdresser, a Migros store.

A simple, modest urban three-bedroom apartment, very close to the center of Alanya. There is even a small pool on the other side. There is no private beach, as well as beach towels. There is a free beach across the street, but there is a bad entrance. It is better to go to the neighboring cafes, where you can rent sun beds and umbrellas for a fee. The rooms are simple. The room has a minimum of furniture (a small closet, 2 beds, a bedside table, two plastic chairs on the balcony) and appliances (empty minibar, flat-screen TV on the wall, air conditioning). There are 3 rooms on the floor with a view of Ataturk Boulevard and the sea, most of them have a side view of the sea and neighboring buildings. There are 2 gel dispensers in the bathroom. We just had a curtain that "separated" the shower area from the rest of the bathroom, friends had a narrow shower stall. There are "strange" rooms on the 0 floor and 2 on the fifth. They like to settle visitors there, but if you ask, they will be resettled in a day or two for free. These rooms are very small, they seem to be designed for one, but they accommodate two people. They clean up daily, mostly they just take out the trash; if you ask (to put a label on the door), they will clean up normally, throw towels and bed linen on the floor - they will also be changed. Wi-Fi in the lobby (0 floor) and parts of rooms on floors 0-1. It's weak for video calls, but otherwise it drags. The cafe-dining room is on the top floor and this location is a big plus of the hotel. All-inclusive from 11 to 22: beer, dry white and red wine, gin, vodka, soda from the Pepsi line. Beer from kega, soda too, bottles of wine, gin were opened in front of us, so they don't breed them. Apparently, there are really problems with nutrition, in terms of digestive disorders. Despite this, most consistently go to breakfast/lunch/dinner. Some end up eating outside the hotel. I recommend taking some of the medications for digestive disorders from home, at a nearby pharmacy, they say loperamide is running out quickly. We didn't suffer much, but we did a couple of times, but maybe it was after a lot of beer/cocktails the night before. The main course (something like chicken, liver, fish, cutlets, semi-finished products) for lunch and dinner is first served individually, if most tourists have already taken and left, you can ask for an addition. Similarly, baklava. The owner himself also eats with everyone. The staff hardly speaks Russian, all communication is through translators on the phone. The elevator is old, the size of a tiny closet, and it doesn't always go straight away. Conclusion: not suitable for families with children. It is quite suitable for adults who do not stay in the hotel, but walk/ drive a lot. Close to the center.

In general, I do not recommend the hotel even to those who just want to spend the night here. I'm an unassuming tourist, but even for me it's too much. Advantages: location, view from the restaurant. Cons: food, room repairs, contingent, staff (do not speak English), audibility. I ate terrible, okay, it would be a poor choice, but I got poisoned at the very first dinner, the chicken was rotten. The wine is diluted with water. The water in the coolers is from the tap and it smells like bleach. There is no repair in the room after the flood, everything is falling apart, there is no phone, the air conditioner does not work- they do not provide a remote control, locks and door handles are interior, towels are stained and with holes. The biggest disadvantage for me is that the staff in the lobby does not speak English, only with an online translator, and so they only know a few words and that's it, it's difficult to explain something to them (I: the refrigerator is broken- the manager: replace the number, 15 dollars). It is better to pay 10k extra and stay in another hotel. It's very cheap and dirty here. There is a checkmate from the guests, everyone in the restaurant grabs everything with their hands, everyone gets to know each other, drinks vodka together. You definitely can't come here with children. the food in the photo is not my choice, it's just everything that was offered there.

I give 1 star for the location of this hotel, the view from the dining room to the fortress and the sea. Everything else is a quiet horror. Repairs haven't been done there for 25 years, probably. The food was disgusting, I had to eat on my own, because my stomach felt bad on the 2nd day. The water is barely warm. Dirty everywhere. Instead of soap, the water in the flask was diluted with soap. It's noisy to sleep at night because it's near the main road. And there are noisy restaurants all around. You need to fall asleep very tired so as not to hear the noise from the street. There was a terrible sewer smell in the next room. I was lucky, then, with the number. The maid filled in the bleach and that was it. That's how they deal with the stink of sewage. Wi-fi is only available on the 1st floor at the reception. I understand that this is 3*, but I have something to compare it with. I lived in 3* hotels in Turkey and it was modest, but everything was well maintained. The staff tried their best, and so did the owners. The worst hotel I've ever lived in. I don't recommend itI think the fish rots from the head

The 3* hotel. Corresponds to ***. The rooms are small, shower, bathroom, balcony in the room, wardrobe, bedside table,TV. The cuisine is mainly vegetables, salads, cheeses, olives, sliced fresh vegetables, sausage of several types, cheeses (I love them, and they're all delicious). It was enough for me, 3 meals a day. The prices in this hotel are the most affordable (very cheap hotel). It doesn't have its own beach, we went to the Flamingo cafe to the left of the hotel. The sun beds and umbrellas were paid 500 lire for 3x. The waiter offers drinks and food from the cafe to the lounge chairs. Clever girl...There are many shops and small cafes and restaurants around the hotel. There are 2 stops to the center, 15 minutes on foot. Everything is within walking distance.

The rating corresponds to the star rating. One of the advantages: the first line to the road (like all the neighboring ones), excellent location of the dining room on the roof with a view. The rooms are tired, much worse in person than in the photo. After 5 km, there is generally fear, but then choose for yourself. But the price is good. The food is not very tasty and monotonous. There is a free public beach nearby with a shower. Umbrellas for payment or your own can be inserted. A lot of locals come here on vacation.

You almost have to fight for food, because 15 minutes after the start of lunch or dinner, there is no food, although there are at most 30 people in the hotel, there is not even bread, the hotel is designed so that you will only spend the night in it, it is desirable that you do not come for lunch, dinner and do not approach baru, well, complete disrespect, rudeness on the part of the manager.During the day, if it rains, you can't even sit upstairs in the hotel and listen to music. During the day, if it rains, for example, they turn everything off so that no one sits and God forbid, they don't ask for something at the bar.If it's the cheapest in all of Turkey, try adding a couple thousand and taking another hotel.I go to treshki all the time, there is something to compare it with, but it's not a three-piece, and it's zero with a minus, I don't understand at all why tour operators still sell it.

We stayed at the hotel from May 5th to 26th. We checked in and were greeted with a smile ) Everything was fine, I would like to mention the boys working at the bar and in the restaurant itself, they were responsive, understanding and very polite! But there are also disadvantages, the hotel management did not like us (my assumptions)! Because there were always some quibbles in our direction , then don 't pour , then leave , then don't answer ! Food may be expensive , but be prepared that you won't like it , my husband broke a tooth while eating soy meat. Rooms are a separate conversation !!!!!!! Our room was very bright, beautiful, and comfortable. But there are downsides to all this , we had our bedclothes changed 3 times in 21 nights , and after we begged, we had to run after them to get them changed , and the bed stinks of cat urine!!!! The only positive impression left by the boys was that they were really smart! They will find an approach to anyone ! A curly-haired bartender is a separate kind of art, the boy knows his job well and does it faithfully! Thank you for the rest, the choice is yours!!!!

Well, what can I say? I'm sitting right now in a hotel restaurant on the roof, the weather is wonderful, the view is 100%. The food is quite even Meat, in principle, for lunch and dinner, Side dishes rice bulgur pasta are always normal, Alcohol is brought every evening from 11 to 10 p.m. Beer Cola is brought In kegs, no one is ordering Basic wine, bottles have also seen how they open Vodka Gin and cocktails are poured into the owner periodically, the staff eats here right after everyone eats, Cleaning the hotel every day, but it's not a fact that they will do something for you. They put up a sign, wiped the floor, added consumables In one word, food for a person. Question two. We lived for 3 days and met some people who have heartburn, who else what he was complaining about, we met a couple here and sat for a few glasses, drank 20, and the next day they couldn't see very well, they got poisoned with something. The beer is just delicious and you can drink it and you can't drink enough. Our beer is a little tougher. I just want to say that when everything is turned on, the body, which is not used to eating so much, simply overeats. you need to know If the room fund is a little tired, well, we understand that it's 3

We rested at the hotel from 06/02/24 to 02/15/24. After reading the reviews, I was afraid to get into something terrible! But for a 3* hotel it is quite normal, especially the location relative to the sea and the center of Alanya! We checked in immediately at 10-10 a.m. without any additional charges. The restaurant- dining room is located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. The food is always fresh, there is almost no meat as in all 3*, the vegetables are cooked very tasty, they were not hungry. The room was 402 on the orange floor of a 3-bed room with a sea view. We lived together. They bought cheap vouchers. What I didn't like was the smell of sewage in the toilet - shower sometimes. The staff is all very friendly! Thank you for a good rest!

This hotel has a great location, everything is very close. That's where the advantages end. The room is small, but basically if you close your eyes to the mold in the bathroom and the water does not go all over the toilet, because there is no shower area and all the water spreads all over the floor and splashes all over the bathroom... Questions about food.. Fierce, not tasty Turkish semi-finished products, compared to which our nuggets are divine food. There were often no banal vegetables for dinner, cucumbers are not tomatoes, there were no greens from the word at all... But the most annoying thing is that THEY CAN WORK DIFFERENTLY!! Once we watched a miracle for a couple of days, when there were vegetables, herbs, and grilled chicken. One fine lunch, some auntie's uncle came to us, obviously some kind of commission, after that we didn't see any more normal meat and greens.. They can work in a different way, but they don't want to. That's disgusting.. So... We are sooo not picky guests, we saw different things, but it was a complete failure in terms of food.... There is nothing to do with children and men there.. For young people who hang out, as the location is a great hotel, the rest is up to you...

We've been coming here with Mom for 5-6 years in a row. A very good hotel for three stars. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the dining room, which is located on the 5th floor. This beautiful view of the mountains, it's just gorgeous. The food is certainly not varied, it's the same every year, but it's delicious, I can't say anything. Both chicken and fish, in principle, taste and color. Walking access to the city, 15 minutes, to the center of Alanya. It's 1 minute to the sea, you just need to cross the road. The beach is very nice, everything is clean. In general, the location is fire. The rooms are not bad, if you refresh them a little, it will be generally super. In general, if we didn't like it, we wouldn't choose it every year. I am attaching a photo from the dining room, as well as a photo of the facade, as they transformed it that year. It began to look much better, and the reception was also redone that year.

We rested at the hotel from 7.05 to 05/16.24. For three adults, the ticket cost 180 thousand rubles. Direct flight. At first glance, I did not like the hotel. But we were accommodated on the 3rd floor with a sea view. Now they were satisfied with the view alone. And we chose the hotel by location (everything is within walking distance). The room is very small for three people, but it didn't really bother us. Comfortable, new mattresses. Sleep comfortably. The bathroom has a hairdryer (powerful), hand and body gels. The air conditioner worked fine, but we used it 3 times because there was no need. The TV worked well, 2 channels (TNT and some other). The outdoor dining room on the top floor was very impressive. It is pleasant to eat outdoors and with a magnificent view of the sea and the city. The food is very modest, budget-friendly. The cook puts the hot stuff on himself, a lot, even extra sometimes. And vegetables, salads, slicing, fruits were chosen by themselves. I liked the drinks in terms of quality (beer, wine). The beach is two steps across the street. You can buy a chaise longue and an umbrella for the whole day for 100 liras. You can sit on the sand for free. The sea is clear, transparent, small pebbles. But there are slabs in places that are clearly visible. The hotel staff is friendly. Immediately responds to requests. There was a breakdown related to the electrics, everything was solved in half an hour.

I want to leave a review of my tourists (thank you letter) who stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The tourists are retired, and it was very important for them to meet the budget and they wanted the sea within walking distance. We were very satisfied with the rest, especially the attentive attitude towards the guests of the entire hotel staff.

We rested there in 2024 and 2025 . The troika Hotel. The food is delicious. The restaurant is on the 5th floor on the roof, the hotel itself is on the first line. There is a night cafe downstairs, the music is consistently loud until 2 a.m., if you are going to be occupied on the 1st floor, refuse. Wi-Fi is only on the ground floor in the lobby

Arriving at this hotel "Barhan 3" 09.08.24, I thought the troika would disappoint me. Arriving at 10:20, I was surprisingly offered a room on the ground floor, but I did not like the room, I asked to change to another one, they said I had to wait a little bit. After a while, they offered me another room, I liked it with a view of the sea. The staff is responsive but very poorly you can say they do not understand Russian at all. I communicated via phone (translator). The food is monotonous, only watermelon is made of fruits. I liked the beer and wine. The view from the fifth floor where the dining room is located is very beautiful. The rooms are not cleaned, the only thing is to change the trash in the bucket in the toilet. The toilet is a separate topic. The stench is constant, especially in the morning, to go there you need to tune in. The sea is very close, clean and very warm. The beach is a big place you can always find. Sun beds are paid and there are always free ones. I arrived with rubles, I changed them to local ones without any problems, there are a lot of exchange points, but I need to look at the exchange rate. I liked.

You can write a lot, but I will try to make the basics shorter. We stayed at this hotel from 08/19.24 to 08/19.24. Advantages: - location (shops, markets, etc.) - view from the window (if you have access to the sea) - WiFi in rooms on the second floor inclusive -nutrition (you won't be hungry, but my advice is to be sure to smell the food before eating it) -some of the staff members are very friendly to visitors (the guys from the dining room and the cleaner - cleaned every other day, thank her very much) -from alcohol (beer is good, red and white wine is not very good, gin is the best with Cola). That's probably all. Cons: - the size of the rooms (for whom how. For us, he only needed to sleep and wash, so it will do). The rooms are larger in size - 104,204,304,404 (not much, but it plays a role). When we arrived (at 22.00, they gave us room 105 (no curtains, hair dryer falls off, toilet stinks, etc.), asked Serkan (admin) to change our room (he said that only 3.00 would be able to move us there for an additional fee - 850 rubles), they did not argue, because before paying Naturally, we checked the number (we were given 104). I was catching WiFi. But it's very hard to fall asleep there (under the windows of a cafe where music plays until 2 - 3 a.m... It feels like there are no windows, but they are there... - The boss. We didn't have to deal with him, and thank God. But I personally saw that a girl with two children came to rest for herself (the children separately, she and the boss separately, repeatedly went to him, and he returned to the dining room for her purse, then for a glass, etc.). Well, apparently, this is the kind of girl who allows herself to behave like this. - the food that the cook himself puts on (side dish) is always spicy (it will not work for children). My husband poured milk into cereal for my daughter once, it's good that he tried it himself (it turned out to be so sour that everything almost came out), I once came across sour corn (put it down, sniffed, did not eat). There were desserts 3 times, but you can't call it desserts. I'll attach everything with photos. The bus fare costs 30 liras per person (children are free). Cleopatra is 10 minutes away by bus. The excursions were booked through Your Alanya website, so it turns out to be a little cheaper (you can pay the guide personally not in rubles, but you can in a day and in rubles, it helped us out a lot, because we didn't have enough money). Our cards are not valid. The guy Mehmed helped me with the canteen, he speaks Russian (not perfect, but the meaning is clear). We had some money left and I asked him if he would be able to withdraw cash from his card if I transferred it? He agreed and helped out a lot. If you transfer rubles to a foreign person, then he receives the currency in which the account is maintained (no deposits need to be opened). The pool is good, it refreshes better than the sea). Well, in general, it's a three, yes. We went abroad as a family for the first time and did not regret it much. Maybe I forgot to mention something, but this is the basis.

We had a vacation with my husband in September 2024. We liked the rest. Advantages-location, shops, transport, pharmacies. ; the sea is 2 minutes across the street, there are no plates; Cleopatra is 5 stops away by bus; on the 5th floor there is a dining room with a panorama, which is just cool breakfast, lunch, dinner with a cool view.; food - do not stay hungry, but only chicken, liver, and so everything is delicious ; nearby restaurants and farms They work as a family, which feels cozy. Cons: the private beach is dirty, many Turks with families, the beach is not cleaned, cigarette butts, garbage; the rooms are old, we had a good room, but we heard how vacationers asked to change rooms because of the smell of sewage; rooms with sea views- the sun shines all day, it is very hot. Many people have been going here for years to relax, they like it. We liked it, we didn't pay attention to the shortcomings, still 3 stars, 100,000 for 11 nights.

We flew to rest on 09/01/2024 , the Barkhan hotel is 3 stars , in principle they justified their 3⭐️. We planned to walk around the city and relax by the sea more, so basically we needed the hotel more for overnight stays and meals. The rooms are generally not bad, the shower and toilet are combined, the bathroom wants the best, but you can live. Cleaning at the hotel every day, they try to clean the rooms when you are not there, so as not to disturb you once again, the garbage was taken away every day. The elevator wants the best, but it is enough for 2 people because there is not enough space there. Wi-Fi mostly worked only on the lobby, but we bought a SIM card upon arrival and were connected to the Internet, so it wasn't scary for us. The food there is excellent, 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the bar was open until 23:00. In general, it was not bad, but it was a little boring, there was not enough activity from the hotel, but we understood perfectly well where we were going and that we did not expect just over the service. Of the advantages, the hotel is located in the hustle and bustle of the city, it was interesting to walk around the city, the sea is across the street from the hotel, there is somewhere to go. We recommend it in principle

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is located on one of the central streets of the city, two minutes from the beach. And another plus is that the restaurant is located on the roof, which offers a magnificent view of the sea. Friendly, helpful staff. We rested there twice. But the hotel itself needs renovation, the rooms are old, with poor plumbing and equipment.

We were at this hotel in June 2024, more precisely from June 4 to June 17. I was with a child/teenager for 15 years. Yes, there is no entertainment, we had fun on our own. The food is normal, the hungry did not stay, without frills, of course, for such money. The bathroom, yes , the curtain that separates the shower from the toilet and floods everything everywhere. But we were ready for this and we just closed our eyes. We went to the sea to Cleopatra beach in 35-40 minutes on foot. In general, I recommend the hotel for a budget holiday. People go to this hotel every year. Just swim in the sea, enjoy the warm days. Thank you that there are such hotels that have not charged the price, there is an overnight stay and food. The staff is very friendly. No sideways glances.

I was here in 2024. The hotel is very tired. The food is the same every day . If it wasn't for the draft beer Ephesus, I would be hungry. Constant noise from the road, the windows are full of holes. I got used to it only on the 10th day. The water was turned off twice a day, horror. Out of 10 days, two days without water. From the bottom of the hotel, the restaurant smells of food and noise until 5 am. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only plus is close to the sea. And there are many shops where you can walk around.

The hotel is located almost in the center of Alanya. The sea is across the street. The staff is very polite. The kitchen is good. Wi-Fi is free. When we bought vouchers, we could say we took a "pig in a poke", since they were last-minute and there were 2 options left, we chose this hotel because of the budget cost and location. The hotel is conveniently located relative to the sea. There is a dining area on the roof, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. But! Be prepared to walk to the 7th floor on foot-the elevator is often occupied by staff or does not work at all. For 8 days, everything was turned off at the "EVERYTHING is OFF" bar except zukosoks and beer. There was red wine a couple of times, but looking at the guests who tasted it, I did not dare)). Meals are served on the same system as the bar! The meat was only chicken once a day, three times a week, the second meat option is soy in the form of cutlet cubes generously seasoned with spices. Salads are sour yesterday's vegetables thickly seasoned with mayonnaise, which often does not even interrupt the smell of sourness. You can eat bulgur, bread and freshly chopped tomatoes (but remember-they are not washed, but rinsed). Briefly: We ate at a cafe 🍽️ Rooms: the first two floors are located above the septic tank system and if you are not ninja turtles, then you will definitely be uncomfortable in this ambergris. The next floors are normal, but remember about the elevator! The rooms are very tired and not cleaned. You will ask for bed linen and towels) care cosmetics is a dispenser with soap and it will not be there either. There are no beach towels. The lamps are broken, the door locks in the toilet do not work, the shower was changed for us, of course, but it also did not work upon arrival. The audibility is hellish-if your neighbors are Arabs with children, it's a shot, if young Arabs- at night you will hang out with them regardless of your desire. Wi-Fi catches extremely poorly only in the lobby. The pool is a puddle 2 by 4 m very dirty, not cleaned. In my opinion, rotavirus lives comfortably there) all the residents of the hotel vomited from the third day of arrival to departure, I did not talk to anyone (the exception is the Arabs, they are normal). In general, if you travel by yourself and do not claim a pool and food, you can spend one night in this place (but not get enough sleep), and I do not advise you to go here to relax, especially with children!!!

This is a small family hotel, mostly vacationing with children. Quietly, calmly. Internet in the lobby, there is no Internet in the rooms. The food is ordinary, the cook distributes it himself in portions, alcohol, beer, wine, strong drinks in the evenings (there were no limits), the room is cleaned every day (there are no pillows in the photo, because we sleep without them, I specially removed them). The room was cleaned every day, the air conditioner was working, the refrigerator I don't know. There are a lot of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and an exchange office nearby. The beach on one side of the plate (for small children) is next to the usual sandy and pebble beach.. The center is not far from the walking beach. The hotel is on the main street. At 22.00 pm, the gatherings on the roof end and it gets quiet. It is comfortable for those who are used to silence and are looking for peace. The staff knows Russian, but mostly English. Cleanliness is monitored, but many guests are pigging themselves and it is difficult to keep track of everyone quickly, especially early in the morning, when no one cleans the snack area at night. For your money, a decent option. Initially, we were looking for just an option, no frills, since we have our own priorities for recreation. Thanks to the manager who helped decide on the hotel, the guide who was always in touch and immediately solved any issues. The vacation went very well, calmly.

We didn't expect much from a 3 * hotel, in Turkey for the first time in 3 * (there used to be categories higher, so it's difficult to judge this for this level of norms or, but in my opinion, this is the level of a hostel). The staff is really trying, everyone is working very actively. Everyone wrote about food in previous reviews, this question is not important to me, especially since you can always find a problem to eat, especially since there are a lot of cafes of different levels and shops around. But the furniture and dirt in the rooms are trash and what is most interesting, I did not even want them to clean me, since the result was faintly visible, very dirty bed linen and towels. And yes, the intestine did not pass us by, but thank God they quickly coped with it, I do not presume to judge what this is related to, it's good that it passed quickly. The location is good, the sea is nearby, but they do not consider it necessary to pass through a crazy road, on a pedestrian, although there are exceptions, they even let us pass a car with Ukrainian license plates once, for which they have great respect. And one of the advantages of the hotel is the good operation of the Internet, which is now rare in Turkey for higher-level hotels, possibly due to the number of users.

A very good hotel for its price. You need to understand that this is a three, and do not expect luxury rooms from the hotel. The rooms are clean, nice bed linen. Yes, the hotel is not new, but very welcoming, comfortable. Everything you need is there, Wi-Fi in the lobby, hairdryer, TV in the room. The husband was settled with his daughter earlier, since the room was free, on the last day they were allowed to check out later, by the time of arrival of the transfer. They were fed delicious fresh food, vegetables, salads, sausages - there was always something to choose from. Hot meals were served in portions, drinks and delicious coffee, alcohol - in unlimited quantities. The hotel is located in the very center, near the bus stop, several stops and you can get to Cleopatra beach. Not far away is a cable car, a tower, a seaport. Shops, cafes, everything is nearby. The staff is friendly. Mostly couples with children, or a more adult contingent, have a rest. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, but the sea is so close that there was no need for a pool. An excellent three for your money, taking into account the location, attitude to the tourist, not bad food and variety, a solid five for the guys.

Great hotel, we were in June. There was a lot of food, even if it was mostly vegetables, but you overeat a lot. Until 22, wine, beer, vodka, and gin are quietly poured.
