The most terrible taxi is the 9th region! I've never felt such horror from a trip in my life! The car is smelly, smoky beyond belief, and it's disgusting to sit. The driver was a boor and a brute, talked in a disgusting tone, and drove deliberately slowly along an empty road. The scariest thing is that he blocked the doors and wouldn't let me out of the car! Only because I wanted to pay for the trip with a card, and he took it exclusively in cash (which the operator didn't even warn me about when ordering!). I couldn't get out for 25 minutes, I called the operator — zero reaction, no help, no apologies. This is not a service, but a nightmare. Complete lack of security and customer relations. People, don't use this taxi! Take care of your nerves and safety.
