I handed over the headphones under warranty, they promised to notify me when they are ready. Three weeks passed, nothing happened, I called the call center, it turned out that the headphones were already in the branch. I arrived, picked it up, and it turned out that according to the documents they returned there a week after the delivery. No SMS, no call, no notification in the app... As a result, an unpleasant impression remained. I don't know if this is a systemic flaw or employee negligence, but such situations greatly undermine trust... I would like the service to really match the brand's level.
