I came to consult and connect the home Internet service. I didn't get any real advice, they gave me a booklet with information that is already available on the website. I had to pull out the answers to my questions with a pair of pliers, as if they were doing me a favor. When I asked when the master would be able to arrive and connect the Internet, they replied that they did not know how it would turn out. I asked for an approximate date, and the girl grinned and replied that no one would connect it to me today. But it was morning and there was no influx of people at all. I had to go to another nearby service center to get normal service.

I handed over the headphones under warranty, they promised to notify me when they are ready. Three weeks passed, nothing happened, I called the call center, it turned out that the headphones were already in the branch. I arrived, picked it up, and it turned out that according to the documents they returned there a week after the delivery. No SMS, no call, no notification in the app... As a result, an unpleasant impression remained. I don't know if this is a systemic flaw or employee negligence, but such situations greatly undermine trust... I would like the service to really match the brand's level.
