It turned out that they couldn't turn us off, because they had a contract with another director who quit 1.5 years ago. But we were somehow able to connect without mentioning the last director?! And a robot on a phone line is something altogether. He doesn't understand you, paraphrases your questions, and doesn't connect you with the operator in any way. I had to come personally to the head office, where I also had questions... A lot of time was lost, at that time we could have been doing other work. I'm in a bad mood, and I don't want to go back to the operator.

Unfortunately, this salon is losing customers, I agree with previous reviews. Out of the 4 people, no one even greeted or paid attention.Change the manager in this salon or who this lady is (Huawei brand representative)Laughing at customers, talking, etc. They send you to "in touch" or the 5th element to solve the problem, they contacted you about configuring the Huawei phone!
The " administrator " or whoever she is clearly doesn 't have the information , but she knows how to be rude . They sold the product, refused to return it,
