A MINDLESS virtual assistant!!! This assistant was created ONLY for the purpose of ADVERTISING, and not to resolve the questions and problems of calling customers! A clever marketing ploy on A1's part - they pursue their own goals (advertising), rather than solving customer problems. When calling A1 to resolve the issue, it is impossible to wait for communication with the operator, there is only one advertisement. The client is not calling to listen to the advertisement, but to quickly resolve the issue! It is pointless to call the A1 contact phone!

I am leaving a review specifically about A1 company. About a month and a half ago, I decided to connect them to the Internet. During the conversation with manager Karina, we discussed the activation conditions. The entire transaction was executed remotely. I also informed the manager that I wanted to purchase a separate Wi-Fi router, which is listed on the website for a better connection quality. The manager informed me that this router is already included in the basic package of services. I agreed and informed them that I was ready to activate the service package. I wanted to try to find out how high-quality the Internet connection is provided by A1. And if you are not satisfied, terminate the contract and hand over the equipment. A few days later, the master came and connected the Internet on request. After a month of use, I can say that I have never seen such terrible Internet quality and unstable connection. Even on a weekday, during the day with minimal load, the Internet was not stable. The Internet quality is similar to that of public Wi-Fi networks in shopping malls. I decided to terminate the contract.
