It took 20 minutes to pick up the pre-ordered product and pay for it. A queue of 7 people gathered, in which one could get a loan, another could get help with phone settings, and so on. Only one salon employee does all this. At the same time, there are 2 more employees in the salon who defiantly mess with each other, and if they contact them for advice, they cannot provide the client with proper attention or information about goods and services.

The staff leaves much to be desired. Sluggish, unskilled. I have been to this service center 2 times. The first time they connected to the wrong tariff plan, the second time I waited for 10 minutes while 2 specialists vaguely explained her question to the woman, although one could have dealt with the accumulated queue.
