Just terrible service. One operator is working, two more are just sitting bored at the computer.. I came to issue a new SIM card - the procedure itself took five minutes, but waiting in a queue of seven people took almost an hour.. we asked the employees of this institution a question - why does one person out of three work? We have one operator who answered. A very strange A1. By the way, the badge was only present at the consultants. And who these people are at computers is not clear at all.
