There is always one employee sitting next to the computer, and several consultants. To do the minimum service, you need to stand in a long queue because of it!!! When asked if there are more employees, the answer is no. I suggest we increase the staff a little in such a passable place.

We have been working with A1 for several years, usually managers are professional and do their job clearly. This particular office is not the first time our time has been wasted - the manager is simply not trained or unqualified. The issue of re-registration from one person to another took an hour instead of 10 minutes and was not resolved(((
