I bought two phones for a private company by bank transfer, the corporate customer service department is not at all available, phone calls are not answered or even called back, emails are ignored. I also bought a phone for personal use. There is an electronic queue, only one of the three specialists works, the other two girls just chat with each other and ignore potential customers.
