A clever marketing ploy on A1's part - they pursue their own goals (advertising), rather than solving customer problems. When calling A1 to resolve the issue, it is impossible to wait for communication with the operator, there is only one advertisement. The client is not calling to listen to the advertisement, but to quickly resolve the issue! It is pointless to call the A1 contact phone!
