I am leaving a review specifically about A1 company. About a month and a half ago, I decided to connect them to the Internet. During the conversation with manager Karina, we discussed the activation conditions. The entire transaction was executed remotely. I also informed the manager that I wanted to purchase a separate Wi-Fi router, which is listed on the website for a better connection quality. The manager informed me that this router is already included in the basic package of services. I agreed and informed them that I was ready to activate the service package. I wanted to try to find out how high-quality the Internet connection is provided by A1. And if you are not satisfied, terminate the contract and hand over the equipment. A few days later, the master came and connected the Internet on request. After a month of use, I can say that I have never seen such terrible Internet quality and unstable connection. Even on a weekday, during the day with minimal load, the Internet was not stable. The Internet quality is similar to that of public Wi-Fi networks in shopping malls. I decided to terminate the contract.

I bought two phones for a private company by bank transfer, the corporate customer service department is not at all available, phone calls are not answered or even called back, emails are ignored. I also bought a phone for personal use. There is an electronic queue, only one of the three specialists works, the other two girls just chat with each other and ignore potential customers. Therefore, I put two stars and will no longer purchase anything in A1. Special thanks to the specialist Big Elena Sergeevna. An excellent and competent specialist. I give her 5 stars.

They were afraid to admit that there would be no work at the end of the worker. It is necessary to leave the senior until the last minute of working time, then maybe they will move.

The live queue is a relic of the past, but at the same time you can hear from every iron about which company is modern. Awful. Submitted an application from a legal entity. I needed a virtual card, two days later I had to call and leave a complaint, because no one contacted and helped. After contacting and apparently receiving a poke from the Minsk office, they began to move and work as they probably should work every day with every client.but it's already the third day and I'm without a service yet.

The WOK's console is broken (there is no network, it does not turn on). I disconnected it, put it in a box and came to the service center. They said that they are not technical staff and this is not their problem. I'm calling 150 and I'm trying to get through to the technical department. The fucking assistant answers the same thing and it's not possible to contact technical support. When I reached the support staff through other services, they said that my console was probably broken and the engineer would only be able to arrive in five days. EVERYTHING IS FAST, HIGH-QUALITY, AND AFFORDABLE. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Yes, the engineer's departure will be paid. I will disconnect - these are not the services of a mobile operator interested in customers.
