I came to consult on an inexpensive tariff so that the number would not be blocked while roaming. They offered "social economy", but they kept silent about the hidden service "A1 prime mini subscription", and if they hadn't decided to go into the a1 application to see the balance, they would never have found out. A1, by God, are you scavengers, constantly sniffing auto-subscriptions?! It's disgusting

We bought phones, headphones, and a TV. All questions were always answered. Not once has rudeness been seen there during the years of service in A1. It's really possible to get through to the call center, there are also very smart girls there, they told me everything, they suggested what they need to send immediately in an SMS. I don't understand the negative reviews. We switched from MTS in the summer of 2020. And they are very satisfied. Thanks !
