I visited the A1 branch to terminate the home internet agreement. Despite the fact that there were 5 or more operators and few customers, the service was extremely slow. After waiting for 20-25 minutes, I noticed an alarming trend: the call system seems to prioritize new customers (those who sign contracts or buy equipment). It feels like those who want to terminate the contract are being purposefully made to wait. This suspicion was confirmed: the person who arrived much later than me was called to the operator at the same time as me. Such an attitude is a real circus and a manifestation of complete disrespect for the time and status of the client, even if he decided to leave. Additional inconveniences: Strict reception hours are set for termination of the contract at other A1 points (for example, 13:00-14:00), which also differ in different branches. This adds problems and takes up extra time. For comparison, I once terminated an agreement with MTS in just two minutes in a small office, accidentally passing by. This is an example of an efficient and customer-oriented service, which A1 clearly lacks. A1, learn to value your customers' time
