I decided to switch to another Internet provider, so on 07/20/2025 I came to terminate the contract. I arrived at 13:00, Marina Gritsuk's employee took my passport, informed me that I had no debt, and I also had to rent equipment, but I either had to return at 15:00 or go to Masherova to terminate the contract. When asked where it is indicated on their website that I can terminate the contract only at a certain time, I did not receive a clear answer. When asked why she took my passport then, in order to inform me that the contract could not be terminated now, she began to talk some nonsense about how she needed to identify me and make sure that I had no debt (!). There are two answers to my claims - "we currently have no technical the possibility of terminating the contract" and "we have such regulations." It is unclear why they keep such incompetent employees. Well, OK, I went to Masherova, where I waited for half an hour and finally terminated the contract. In any case, I will no longer use A1's services and I do not recommend it to you.
