Imagine that every month, absolutely every month (and sometimes even several times), the Internet is turned off due to "technical work". I used all Internet providers in Belarus, but A1 was "ahead (no)" of all.
By the way, check how much you pay for the Internet, since these guys, without a "normal" notification, simply raised the cost by 25% if anything.
In short, summing up:
Monthly Internet shutdown due to "technical work" (I remind you the year is 2024)
Raising the cost without notice (as they reported, based on the contract, the company can do whatever it wants)
That's the way it is. I finish the balance and switch to another supplier.
My personal advice is, before connecting, ask how often you will be disconnected from the Internet (believe me, this is very important)

I really didn't like the attitude of the staff. I wanted to order a certain service, but both consultants (they were mostly guys) looked at me condescendingly. The attitude was the same. I immediately warned them that I was very tired and could "blunt". However, they were disrespectful to me, but condescending. As if I were a narrow-minded person, although I was just very tired and it was really difficult for me to get information then + it was especially hot that day. I am very annoyed that the first consultant, instead of explaining about the service, told me to READ THE DETAILS ON THE BENCH AND Not HOLD UP THE QUEUE. Is this normal at all? Disgusting staff service. The second one sent me, but it was obvious that he did not want to continue serving. A1 disappointed me very much because of its employees. Moreover, this is not the first time a similar situation has occurred. The previous time, a male consultant imposed a service on me, after my refusal, he yelled at me and hung up on me.

Would it be easier for you to close this office if employees do you a favor when they come to work?
Moreover, they perform it carelessly.
Turning to a consultant with a question, you get an answer with such an arrogant face that you immediately want to leave this office! I had to go to the crown castle, where the staff is always friendly, unlike the staff at the office on the international.
And for the first time, here on the international, I saw an employee of A1 company who rolled into the workplace with a glass of coffee!? There are questions about corporate ethics!
