A disgusting department. The queue is more than 10 people, at this time there are only two operators in the hall, who work very slowly and reluctantly. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, the operator offered to buy a new SIM card (I just had to transfer the SIM card from one phone to another, apparently this is too much of an impossible task for this operator). No understanding or respect. I stood in line for 40 minutes, but they didn't solve the question for me, they didn't even try. If you want to waste your time, go here.
