Online consultations are at level 0, it is impossible to get normal answers to questions about laboratory diagnostics. There is a section on the site with only half-empty pages without price lists. The Telegrams respond for half a day and in monosyllables. I don't see any interest in clients.

Excellent clinic. There is parking, two reception desks, attentive and courteous staff, you do not have to wait for a reception if you come on time. There are many good specialists for both adults and children. The prices are quite competitive in comparison with private clinics and even paid services in the state. I got a massage with Baranova. More precisely, I was trying to get in. I signed up. I came to the reception in advance. The visitor in front of me was delayed, so I had to wait. The door opens and the masseur calls for a massage.... the person who made the appointment after me! I went to the reception to find out what was going on. As a result, they did not change anything, but offered me to walk for about 40 minutes. By the way, my appointment was supposed to last 15 minutes. The massage therapist did not really explain why she missed the wrong person, did not apologize. Only at the reception they offered to make an appointment for another time. I did not expect such an attitude towards visitors in this clinic, which had always left positive impressions about itself before this case.

We took a blood test at this clinic and did an ultrasound for the child. I liked everything, the staff is attentive and polite, after the visit there were only positive impressions. But there is also a negative: we signed up for a consultation with a pediatric urologist, arrived at the appointed time and found out that the appointment was canceled. I was told that they could not get through and warn me about the cancellation. And indeed, there are two missed calls on the phone on different days. That's it! I'm one of those people who never call back on unfamiliar numbers. I really ask you to pay attention to this. There are many ways to warn about any changes (other than a simple call): send a message, write an email, and eventually call a little more often than once a day. We came specially from the district to Mogilev and wasted the whole day.

Said that the liver is very bad, he has fatty hepatosis, while my husband is asthenic, does fitness and monitors nutrition, he has never been overweight. After a disappointing diagnosis, we passed tests and went to Minsk for screening. The procedure is expensive, the doctor in Minsk laughed, but for reassurance they did a FibroScan analysis, more than 200 rubles. It turned out that there was no hint of hepatosis or fibrosis, it just seemed to the doctor. And you also come to this center on time and constantly sit like in a polyclinic for half an hour in the corridor.

My husband had a backache and we urgently began to look for where we could quickly get an MRI scan. We were very surprised when they called the clinic and told us: - Arrive at 6 p.m. in the evening. We arrived.At the counter, everything was quickly processed and invited to the doctor. While the process was going on, I looked around. Cozy, clean, polite staff.The clinic is small and compact. Good equipment. After the procedure was completed, we were asked to wait an hour to pick up the results, or not to wait, and the results will be sent to the post office. But we decided to wait. I didn't have to wait for the promised hour. After 30 minutes.They gave us the results.Everything is very fast. I was also pleased that the clinic is open until 21.00.It's very convenient if you're working. In conclusion: I definitely recommend it!

I am impressed by a lot of things in this medical institution - the interior, the reception staff on the 1st floor. the appointment is exactly at the appointed time. But I especially liked the endocrinologist E.O. Podolskaya. She is very attentive and knowledgeable. I became confident that thanks to her, I would receive the correct diagnosis and therefore be able to recover.
