In general, it's not bad. I have repeatedly applied to this clinic. For the first time I decided to do a check-up of the body, MRI, ultrasound, consultations with a therapist, neurologist, gynecologist, tests, hormones, etc. At the first visit, I had to wait for a therapist's appointment for about 20 minutes, no one warned me until I went to the reception myself. In general, waiting from 5 to 15 is normal in this clinic. When I did an MRI of the spine, I was told to expect the result in about 20 minutes. 20-30-40-50, we took out the results to those patients who came in after me, as a result, until she came up, again, to the reception and asked, no one cared what I was sitting there for an hour. There were also little things that were also not pleasant, but they should not be ignored. But the last incident just drove me out of myself and discouraged any desire to go there at all. For about 3 months, I went from doctor to doctor to sort out my sore, which no one could identify and make an accurate diagnosis. Well, it seems to be the finish, With a bundle of documents, tests, diagnoses, etc., I sign up for a surgeon, hoping that this is the end, finally I will be prescribed treatment (before that I was already with this surgeon). The recording was for Saturday at 8.00 am, my husband freed up time, everything was planned, I took time off from work for a few hours (we live in the area), and..... they call on Friday morning and ask if it's convenient for me to reschedule the appointment for 9.40. I say no, because everything is planned. Then they call back at 16.40 and put in front of the fact that the doctor canceled the first appointments, I can schedule you for 9.40. I was taken aback! I've been waiting for this reception for so long, and they're just canceling it. And do you know why? Because after my appointment at 8.00, the doctor has a big window!!! I naturally refused, because after that I didn't really want to go to such a doctor! That's the attitude towards customers for a lot of money! Think for yourself - decide for yourself!

We were at an appointment with a pediatric neurologist (Dubrovskaya) and an orthopedist (Suvorov). Everything was told and clearly explained, after the reception there were no questions left.

We went to the clinic to see Kiselyova's doctor, as we read positive reviews about her on the Internet. They were considered a more qualified doctor than in the polyclinic at the place of residence. At the reception, the doctor listened to our suspicions about the child's development and conducted an initial examination. As a result of the examination, we received recommendations on child care, but we did not receive critical comments, in addition to the need to visit a neurologist and an ophthalmologist. At home, they massaged the child to relax the muscles in order to remove the "banana", they did not achieve the result. We decided to contact another pediatrician who advised us to consult an orthopedist as there is a suspicion of hip dysplasia and torticollis, which was subsequently confirmed, but unfortunately a month after visiting this clinic. It can be concluded that the doctor conducted a cursory examination of the child and missed an important pathology, which needs to be corrected with massages and non-surgical interventions as early as possible. The examination did not differ from the examination at the polyclinic. Precious time has been lost to help the child.

But there is one big disadvantage of this clinic. My friend contacted a urologist , so she did not examine him and did not pass the tests , but purely listened to his problems and diagnosed him . I think such doctors should not be kept in such a clinic, since we pay money to you, and you give us incorrect diagnoses and we have to turn to other doctors who give the correct diagnosis.Therefore, I will put one star purely because of this.

Naturally, no one at the reception knew anything and the trace of Bukhmistrova was gone, perhaps she was in a hurry to leave! At my discretion, I passed and signed up for a doctor's consultation. It turned out to be problematic too, I came at the appointed time, but no one told me that the doctor was delayed and not for 5 minutes. Until she came up and clarified this question, and after calling the doctor, everyone was quickly released, but the doctor was no longer happy, which she immediately showed in her behavior and voice!
