I visited the service due to a water reduction problem in my BMW 320i G20 car. At the first check, based on the flow of the water I added, they said that the expansion water tank was defective and replaced the part and delivered the vehicle. However, when I was returning to my house in Pendik, as soon as I crossed the bridge, the vehicle gave a “water reduction” warning again. So I went back to the service again. This time they lifted and checked the vehicle on the fiber and said that there was a small leak on the underside, they were sure that the problem was caused by the oil log. They stated that the problem will be solved by changing this part. I left the vehicle for service on 04.05.2026. The next day, on 05.05.2026, they said that the vehicle was ready. My wife went to take delivery of the car because I was unavailable. However, when my wife arrived at the service, the car was not even there; they said it was in testing. When the vehicle came back, it turned out that the oil log they had replaced with great certainty was not the source of the problem. In other words, the operation was completely inconclusive and my wife returned before she could take delivery of the vehicle. i called again on 06.05.2026 and asked about the latest situation. I did not get a clear answer other than ”we are looking". Moreover, the attitude was extremely indifferent. They have made an expense of about 50 thousand TL, but they still say “we have not found the problem”. I also met with another service on the same day. They themselves said that they had competent masters of the job and that they could solve the problem definitively. After that, I called the service and told them to install my old parts back and I wanted a refund. However, they told me that it is not possible to reinstall the disassembled parts, and the replaced parts are really defective. But my main problem was not those parts. Officially, the procedure was performed on my vehicle by trial and error. When I picked up my car from the service with a tow truck, they made me sign a document. I also noticed that there were scratches caused by rubbing on the bumper of my car. Moreover, they explain it as a blessing by saying “we did not receive a service fee” for the fault that they could not solve themselves. You couldn't solve the problem by distributing the tool almost like a puzzle; were you going to charge a fee on top of that? IN ADDITION, THE SITUATION I WAS LIVING IN REGARDING PAY ALSO SERIOUSLY BOTHERED ME. THE BUSINESS WANTED THE PAYMENT TO BE PAID IN CASH INSTEAD OF RECEIVING A DIRECT TRANSACTION VIA A POS DEVICE. PAYING PAID BY CARD, I WAS TOLD “WE HAVE A PAYMENT SOMEWHERE” AND AN ONLINE COLLECTION WAS MADE FROM MY CARD. THE PAYMENT WAS PAID THROUGH A COMPANY CALLED ”BMR AUTO IMPORT EXPORT". THE REFUND WAS ALSO MADE THROUGH THE SAME COMPANY AGAIN. I THINK THIS SITUATION SHOULD BE EXAMINED BY THE COMPETENT INSTITUTIONS AND I WILL MAKE THE NECESSARY APPLICATIONS. I recommend that anyone who loves their vehicle or is thinking about their pocket should think twice before going to this service. Because here, trial-and-error method is applied instead of systematic diagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience with mastery, communication and customer satisfaction has been completely disappointing. As a result, another service solved my vehicle's problem in a short time. I wish they could also give some training to this service.
