Many thanks to Vitaly Dubovik for the training on handling objections and complaints. Special thanks for the fact that theory was supported by practice and everyone could work out the working moments in the group. We will definitely apply our skills on the operational day. Everyone really liked it, despite the Saturday afternoon, which my colleagues and I spent very productively!!!

These two days flew by in one breath — the program was so lively, interesting and productive. Special thanks to coach Vitaly Dubovik — his professionalism and charisma immediately endeared the audience. He did not just give a theory, but analyzed real cases, answered questions and found an approach to each participant. It was clear that the topic was really close to him, and the energy and engagement charged the whole group. All the exciting nuances of dealing with objections have been sorted out: from classic situations to non-standard objections.
