We stayed at the hotel as a family for 4 days on August 2025. I can say that it is quite crowded due to the season. Walking around the pool, moving was very difficult. Unfortunately, it is necessary to get up at 7 in the morning and put a towel on the sunbed, otherwise you may need to spend the day at the tables in the pool bar. Everyone is gathered in one area because there is only one open area, and since there is no connection directly to the sea, everyone is in one garden. The bartenders at the pool bar are tired and unhappy. The dishes are varied, but not very tasty, especially the desserts are not successful. I like the coffee bar, good idea. We are a kids club member because of my daughter, the girls who are strangers there are laughing, but especially the River lady's face looks like she's saying why did you bring a five-inch boy, she's very unhappy. It's very surprising to be so glum when a child-related job is being done. One day I was officially scolded for being 10 minutes late. Also, the kids club won't close so hungry, it'll be open all day, I should be able to drop my child off and pick him up whenever I want. This was the case in many hotels I went to. We already live a lot of things by the clock in the hotel, I don't like the concept of a clock for this place. Just at noon, for example, when the child wants to play in a cool place, we take the hoop to the pool with us, because it closes. Already on the first day, when I was surprised by this situation, the lady dressed in black on her head reacted like we work until 11 at night, but it wasn't nice at all. I don't think I would prefer it again just because of this situation. Apart from that, I would like to thank Mrs. Yasemin Polat at the lobby bar, Mr. meydanci Ramazan and Mrs. Şehriban, the waitress at the restaurant, for their dedication in their jobs and their success in human relations.

A good hotel, an honest five stars. Excellent territory, a huge outdoor pool, lots of sun beds, a waiter on roller skates, a children's pool, three adult slides, two children's slides. The food is very decent, you can always eat at the hotel and on the beach. The beach is good, there are many sun beds, a wide coastline, the sea with a very gentle approach, clean. The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away. Drinks are plentiful, beer is standard Efes, only sparkling white wine came from the wine. They make many varieties of cocktails according to slightly simplified recipes. The staff is efficient, we have been there since the opening, since April 1 — the staff is not tired yet). The room is nice, renovated, the mattress is hard, but it did not cause discomfort. Cleaning is daily, but nominal, everything is more or less clean. On the 2nd floor there are several retail shops, we even bought Scotch tape) and a couple of T-shirts with caps. From the hotel there is a dolmus to the historical center of Side, for April 2024 it costs 1 euro (30 lira). Bottom line: I highly recommend the hotel!

I strongly advise against this hotel, unless you are Germans with children. There are almost no Russians, they don't clean the rooms very well, they will change the towel at most without a tip. The food is delicious. The attitude towards Russians is well, fuck off. Thirdly, there was poisoning on the beach at the bar, my husband took a Pina Colada cocktail, got poisoned all day and spent the next day lying on a sunbed by the pool in the shade. The food is just terrible... there's nothing to eat at all, many dishes were served yesterday, bread doesn't really go over, stale pieces with the taste of mold have repeatedly come across. The grill, which cooks the same thing every day, got tired of the 12 days of rest, it was very difficult for the stomach to perceive the same fried food. The drinks were good only at the bar next to the reception, in all other places there was a rare turd. The reception staff is terrible, they don't want to go to the meeting in any questions. We returned from paradise on April 29. The hotel is wonderful, I liked absolutely everything. Everything is clean, tidy, lots of goodies and pleasant drinks. I was very pleased with the service - courtesy, complete absence of irritation, unobtrusive, attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the beach bag for each room. It is very cute. The room for two is large, we checked in immediately upon arrival, at 10 a.m., without extra charge and with a view of the garden. The room cleaning is good. The location is very nice, with a pleasant road to the beach. The beach is clean. There are all kinds of bars, extremely diverse, up to waffles, ice cream, cakes, for every taste. There were more than enough beds around the pool and on the beach. The animation is pleasant and unobtrusive. I recommend morning exercises, the animator girl gives not only stretching, but also some strength exercises and meditative practice. Just the way I like it. I highly recommend it. Check-in: everything went well, we arrived for lunch, put on bracelets. The man took us to room 4421, in building D, told us everything and showed us, well done! Number: normal, the refrigerator did not work. It was repaired the second time. It was important for us, because we kept baby food. There is a bunk bed for children and a playpen was given to a small one. They put a mattress and an adult pillow in it. There are no regular blankets in the hotel, only waffle blankets. Upon request, toothbrushes and additional bedspreads were brought to us. Everything else in the room worked. Russian channels starting from the 49th. Cleaning: a good woman cleaned our place, changed everything and washed it. She disinfected it once at our request . I changed the towels all the time, the linen too, I made everything clean. It practically does not touch the surface, since our things were lying there. They try not to touch tourists' things at all. Food: good! We didn't have shrimps and lobsters. But there was always a fish. The chef always went out into the hall, watched how people ate and the work of the restaurant staff. Everything is cooked delicious. I saw it once when the boss lined up the employees and gave instructions and told them off. The waiters are of course sooo fast! Drinks were brought to us and everything was quickly cleaned up. Tip: leave things on the table if you went to get more food. Otherwise, your untouched plates will be quickly removed. The grill is great! We ate mostly fresh vegetables, fruits and meat. And that's not critical for me! It was even useful to walk a little. The sea: excellent, warm ! Smooth approach, very cool for kids. There were small waves, we rode them perfectly. Animation: we rarely saw it. Sooooo unobtrusive , from the word at all. I've been to a couple of shows and live music at the pool bar. Like it. But these are guest artists . The hotel is normal, everything would be fine if it weren't for the cons: Children are vomiting !!! Everyone I asked, everyone had it. There were 2-3 pieces of vomit on the floor in the restaurant. My children are one after the other . On the second day of arrival, the 6-year-old vomited, then loose stools and fever. I've been putting him on his feet for two days. Then the 7-month-old, everything is the same. We went to the hospital with him at night, the doctor confirmed that it was a virus. They started giving antibiotics . I treated a minor for two days. Then I went down again on 6 , the temperature was 39.6, I vomited. He 's also on antibiotics . After that, the eldest son with the same symptoms. I asked people, everyone has such a problem. Someone is easily tolerated, someone is hard. It happens to adults too. They are sick with their families . It reached a ridiculous point that medicines were being passed on to those who had already left to those who were still staying at the hotel. People came up to us and we sent them photos of the prescription from the hospital. As a result, for 6 days out of 12, I dragged my children out in the room. We believe that the pool is to blame. They didn't approach him anymore. It was a shame that the middle son wanted to ride a roller coaster, swim in the pool. And in the end, I wanted to return home as soon as possible. They say everywhere in the hotel that they vomit. After another child, also a small 7-month-old, who was taken to the hospital 2 times, I turned to the reception for an explanation of why they did not warn and allow children into the pool. The girl at the reception was silent and afraid to say a word. A female customer service specialist (as I understood it) approached, who records Ala maps of restaurants. And here there is no side to my indignation . She asked what we thought about it. I explained that the pool was to blame. There are no complaints about food and service personnel. Why do people suffer , but they keep silent . To which I received an ingenious answer: the hotel is big and if only 10 children are vomiting, then it's okay! And anyway, I have to go now, come to me tomorrow! She looks like an adequate woman and says such things to a mother who came with pain !!! That's customer focus! I would have been fired from my job at the same minute!!! Of course, I did not approach her, what to say to her if for her other people's children is a negligible percentage. But I ask the hotel management to pay attention to the qualifications of this employee! Another minus! We were settled in building D, on the 4th floor. And the elevator was broken for two days. We have a heavy stroller, we tore off our backs! They asked us to relocate, but they told us that they were doing everything. And the people in the elevator are stuck. To summarize ! The hotel is not bad, the staff is good. But we were glad to return home. Now we are treating dysbiosis in the child and lower back . I recommend the hotel if they fix the situation with the pool and with a customer service specialist!

I was with 2 children at this hotel from June 24 to July 5, the weather was excellent, the air temperature was 38 and above. I will say a little about the hotel, first of all there is very little green area, there is a trampoline for children, big chess on the street, a children's club, vending machines, a mini disco. About the food, the tables were full, ice cream from 11 to 22 o'clock, I put 5 stars. It takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the sea, it does not tire at all, the beach is sand , near the shore when the sand waves rise, there are a lot of sun loungers, WiFi works in the cafe on the beach, which can not be said about the room, it is not there. If the room is next to the reception, then it takes. There is WiFi by the pool, places with sun loungers have been sorted out by the Germans in the morning. And finally, a hotel for children and pensioners. Disco from 24 o'clock on Mon, Wed, Fri, how many times we went down for 10 minutes there were 3 people and they left after us.
