The hotel does not match the description. 5 stars are assigned to the hotel only nominally, i.e. most likely according to the following criteria: beach, food, availability of pools and slides. The rest is all exaggerated. A children's club is an ordinary children's room, some burgers are more stable, no one deals with children, there are only separate short-term programs in the form of staying to draw, etc., you can not count on the fact that children will be able to walk around the territory, and parents relax with a cocktail on a couch... I read a lot of negative reviews about the staff ignoring the Russians and the quality of cleaning in the rooms - everything was confirmed, there is no point in leaving tea checked.The only place is the beach restaurant where the hotel staff give their best 100% without prejudice.In other places, they ignore, pretend that they do not understand, demonstratively get distracted by the Germans, showing that they are in priority, whisper, giggle, well, individuals behave in such a way that you wonder how they got into the service sector. In general, the ultraall in this hotel is to run around begging for drinks for your own money. The organization of the territory in some moments is simply idiotic (for 5 * I think it is unacceptable), for example, a shaded table at the exit of the elevator, where everyone goes to the pools, the absence of a chillout zone with sun beds and pears (there is a probe), refrigerators with water in the main restaurant stand with a door to the chairs where vacationers dine and to get water the waiter squints, grunts, grumbles, although you can just turn the refrigerator 90 degrees., close attention is paid to the glasses, especially for children: they brought juice in a chipped glass (with a fragment hanging).In general, I rested in Marmaris 3* it was more stable in terms of rooms, cleaning and staff.They also smoke everywhere, even during meals, and signs demanding not to smoke are ignored. In general, if you pass by either by the photo, it looks like 5* , in fact 3*.

Well, it's not 5 stars even by the standards of Turkey. Large clean and not old rooms in the 1st building, with a washbasin and a toilet for children. That's where the advantages end. There is simply no animation for children, everyone is on their own. There is no children's menu. Sweets are a minimum, it was a surprise for Turkey. Evening shows are the most boring and cheaper I've ever seen. The kitchen as a whole is on the track. One restoran, packed for dinner. Room cleaning is only on request. Wi-Fi is paid in the rooms, in other parts of the hotel there is, but without Viber, YouTube and Skype. Safe deposit box - 2 euros per day. 80% of the guests are retired from Germany, and there are many Russian-speaking Germans. The beach is clean, sandy, 5 min walk (2nd line)

Nice rooms, Russian speakers at the reception, a pretty nice area, everything is OK in general! But in terms of entertainment, not very much. The disco by the pool is the only thing that allows you to shake, and even then only once a week. The disco after 0:0 is more like a children's matinee, personally we found people dancing around at one o'clock in the morning - we shed tears. And they also have chairs next to the dance floor. It's not fun at all. The children's program never changes, and it has been rumored for several years. Animators offer an escort to the club (Karma), charge $ 15 per person for this, which in principle can be accepted. The club itself is cool, but such huge prices have never been seen before - accelerate at the hotel, alcoholic cocktails are pleasant there :)

Excellent second-line hotel, nice clean and modern rooms, good but slightly monotonous food. One of the disadvantages is that the sea in front of the hotel's beach is dirty due to the river flowing into the sea nearby. The way out is to go to the right or left to the neighboring beaches.

Russians should not go, they are constantly ignored by the staff, they look at them with discontent and disdain. The staff often ignores Russians, prefers Germans, and you have to go and get drinks yourself while standing in queues. In lobio, waiters bring drinks to the Germans, and the Russians are sent to take them to the bar themselves. They pour it constantly into plastic, if you ask into glass, they can throw a glass and mutter something in their own language. They do not clean well, towels have not been changed in 10 days, they are lifted off the floor and hung up again. They can't make cocktails. The staff does not speak or pretend to speak Russian. The manager is a woman, indifferent to problems, there are places on the Ala-card only in a Turkish restaurant, which is similar to a regular dinner. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception. The reception is sparse, there are few places, there are very few outlets, you can't charge your devices. The animation is very bad, in the neighboring 4 it is an order of magnitude better. I do not advise Russians to go to Adalia for sure.
