I have been going here to the gym + aqua zone (swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi) for 7 months now: in my experience, there is enough iron, there are a lot of people on weekday evenings, but.... It's probably the same everywhere! A fairy tale on the weekend morning))) you can go out in the spring and summer to the recreation area where you can sunbathe!!!! High! A Jacuzzi for 4 people, usually works only for 2 people, and if some kind of sauna (male or female) does not work, then you will get into figs)))) I took a subscription for a year and.... including everything that I listed and taking into account the price of a subscription for a year hall + aquazova - I consider this institution a heavenly paradise))))) I hope no one reads it and there will be no more visitors!!!!!

A good fitness center. There is parking nearby.Spacious changing rooms, there is a hairdryer, if necessary, you can buy slippers and a towel for the aqua zone. The girls at the reception are always friendly, they will help with any question. Aqua aerobics coaches 10 out of 10, will show you how to do the exercise correctly, you always want to practice with them☺️After visiting the fitness center, I am always satisfied. I definitely recommend it

Адреналин состоит из трех этажей, где на первом этаже сауна/бассейн/джакузи/выход на зеленую зону где можно загорать, на втором этаже расположен просторный зал для силовых управлений, а также маты для единоборств, а на третьем этаже расположен зал по размеру чуть меньше второго, где находятся в основном кардио-тренажеры, но также есть и силовые, плюс отдельное помещение для групповых кардиотренировок. Стоит учитывать что джакузи и сауна работают по отдельному графику. Хожу в основном до обеда, людей не много, можно комфортно заниматься и не ждать очереди на тренажер. Сами тренажеры хорошего качества, не выглядят древнегреческими и старыми. Персонал приветливый, при приобретении абонемента прошлись по каждому этажу и рассказали что и где находится. На каждом этаже имеются просторные раздевалки, пятыми точками друг об друга не тремся. Незначительный минус, что в мужской раздевалке после душа немного прохладно, в связи с тем что работают вытяжки, но на этом не стоит акцентировать внимание. Напомню, что весь мой отзыв характерен для первой смены (до обеда), а как там по количеству людей вечером ничего сказать не могу.

A wonderful gym, I go to group classes, I especially love Alexandra's workouts, but for the last six months it has been impossible to sign up for Pilates! After opening the recording, all the places are sorted out in 5 minutes! And if the place is vacated, then he is engaged at the same second. The cancellation notice in the mail says that 20 more people received this message!!!! We can assemble another group. The number of purchased season tickets is absolutely not controlled by the administration.

Бассейн оставляет желать лучшего(грязноватый, со взвесью). Душевые на 1 этаже с каррозией и продавленными ковриками. На остальных этажах все достаточно приятно. Также при приобретении абонемента выдали пластиковую карту, но девушка на ресепшн обозначила, что карту нужно будет обязательно вернуть по истечению абонемента, если продлять я его не планирую. Ал-я будет штраф или что-то типо такого. За день до окончания абонемента я подъехала вернуть эту пластиковую карту-абонемент. На ресепшн меня снова ошарашил ответ уже других сотрудников. Сеазали, что эта карта моя пожизненно и я подарила им 4 рубля , «спасибо». Конечно, потеря пустяковая, но осадочек остался. Неужели сотрудники не ориентируются в собственных правилах? К сожалению, мои ожидания о данном филиале не оправдались…

At first glance, the hall is not bad, while it was in the middle of the week for the first time-2 receptionist girls with a contemptuous look gave out the keys with the words "to the 3rd floor" without explaining anything. Despite the fact that there are 2 halls, or about what it is possible to use the services for an additional fee. Correspondingly. We had to look for locker rooms, etc. ourselves.
As for the gym itself, there is no coach on duty in the gym, he may not be available by phone (provided that hall 2 is clearly saving on staff).
They do not react in any way to the fact that one simulator or a bench (and there are not so many of them) can take anyone 1.5 hours and not allow others to use it. The administration did not want to help in any way, there are no signs prohibiting this.
If the management reads the reviews, it would be cool to pay attention.

Неплохой зал, огромный выбор тренажёров, близко от метро, единственное с чистотой не все хорошо. На входе мусорка всегда полная и мусор вокруг валяется, в санузле и душе хотелось бы почище и свежее. Но думаю руководству это не очень важно, люди ходят ну и ок. Сравниваю с предыдущим залом Gym24 там с порядком прям отлично, но далековато ездить.

Зал замечательный,очень большой выбор тренажеров,на любой вкус и тип тренеровки,но лучше выбирать время пораньше,так как и желающих потренироваться тоже много,а цена и скидки и доступные и приятные и хочется поблагодарить инструкторов и тренеров за профессионализм,не стесняйтесь к ним обращаться,спасибо вам ребята.

Классный центр. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене, девочки молодцы стараются все рассказать и показать за минимально отведенное время. Второй и третий этаж тренажерки. Большое количество станков на любой вкус, можно прокачать пальцы на ногах )) Тренеры присутствуют но на новеньких внимания обращают мало, только по просьбе и похадя. Аква зона.... есть но при этом бассейн куцый на 10м. и в нем постаянно сэлфятся девочки которые и сами не плавают и другим мешают. Тренер присутствует иииии все. Джакузи есть там все в порядке не пробиться. А вот мужская сауна не работает и о едущих тэнах песню слышу давно...хотя оплачено и о скидке ни кто не говорит. А так хороший центр если не обращать на мелочи внимание, а так и надо иногда делать, то супер. Да...парковка мала...

There is a sauna, but I didn't go there. There is also a swimming pool, but it's just a puddle and there are always a lot of people there. Неплохо, но складывается ощущение, что экономили на всем чем можно. Раздевалки не продуманные, всего 2 лавочки на всю женскую раздевалку. Одна возле зеркала и там всегда кто-то собирается. В душевой такой огромный душ, что если я не собираюсь мыть голову после тренировки, а просто хочу обмыться то приходится устраивать целый квест, чтобы не намочить волосы. Фены, которые предоставляются залом еле дышат. К оснащению самого зала претензий нет

Отличный зал, 3 этажа, басик, паровая, правда хорошо
Но есть, конечно, нюансы. Вот пришел я с ребенком, а за него требуют 12 р как за посещение, но он же просто посидеть и подождать меня. На победителей оборудовано место для детей, они могут и мультик посмотреть и порисовать, а тут нет. Надо бы что-то придумать для деток.

Бассейн маленький 2 человека плавают комфортно, если больше то беда. В джакузи извините запах "специфический", рассчитанный на 4 человека. Пушки в момент моего посещения не работали, находилась в Аква зоне больше 2-х часов. Сауна не работала, был ремонт, но сауна одна и очень уж маленькая. Тренажерный зал большой много снарядов, днём народа минимум. Для посещения рекомендую, потренироваться получится, помыться тоже. Не дорого.

Прекрасный зал и персонал. Оборудование присутствует на любые потребности, кардиозона давольно большая и почти всегда есть куда стать. Единственный момент который несколько можно ещё улучшить - это количество больших шкафов.
