In general, I sat for more than half an hour and left hungry. 🤨 There is no complaint book (I asked the waiter to say there is no complaint book, I asked the manager to say we will bring it now, but we were rushing back and forth, we checked and came, he says we don't have a complaint book, then the manager was called, he also said that I will bring the complaint book now, too, he returned with an excuse, he says we don't have a book!!! My assessment of the staff and managers: absolutely ZERO!!!

The first time I visited this cafe, there were no empty tables inside, the waiter sent me to a dirty table outside, where there was no chair, I was waiting for the table to be cleared, I had to look for a waiter, after a while it was removed, I ordered a beshbarmak. The next day (Monday), I don't think there will be many people, there really weren't many people, I ordered lagman, cheburek and a cocktail with blackberries, I waited an hour, really an hour, I think it's good, the chefs are probably loaded. The people nearby had already left, and they still hadn't brought my order. The receptionist comes up and says that the table is booked in an hour, I say, okay, I won't be long, I just can't wait for my dishes, she replies, I'll clarify, she never came back to me. A waiter passes by, I ask, how long is it to wait in time? She says again, I'll clarify. He comes and says that there is no cocktail with blackberries, in an hour, it's not about him, we could have asked and brought another one in that time! I was very upset, and my whole mood and impression of the relationship here were ruined. By the way, I didn't wait for the order anymore and left
