I was in Agat for 2 days, Not so far from city, you can find public transport on a walking distance. Hotel is affordable and their staff was so kind and rooms were clean.

Excellent hotel in a quiet and picturesque location. But the location is very convenient. I've been back there several times already. There is the All-Holy Church within walking distance. And shopping malls are a 20-minute walk away, lots of shops and cafes nearby, a restaurant in the building itself, a forest behind it is a great place to walk, a lake and a waterfall, landscaping is underway and it will be even more beautiful. The hotel itself is very well cleaned, the rooms are clean, very comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses, bidets! in every room. Clothes brushes are even such a small thing! Plus, in the lobby of each floor there are coolers with hot water for tea and cold water for free. You can warm your food in the microwave downstairs in the service room, as well as an electric kettle. The Internet is fast. It's a quiet half hour to the airport without traffic jams. It's a wonderful place, in Minsk it's just like home;) the prices are affordable. Parking for the car is free and safe, the guard is on duty around the clock. The hotel has two stars, it's a shame, maybe someone doesn't understand its "party" style, but it's such a charm! You will have a great rest there, just like with good friends!

I currently live in Agate. Well, I can say that I give 4 stars only for the aching nostalgia for the Soviet past. The hotel looks extraordinary from the outside, the location is on all 5 points: coniferous trees, lawns, a pond, a great view from the window. Actually, the advantages end there. In the room, I barely touched the door of the wardrobe, the sash jammed, instead of a vertical position, it took on a diagonal, and then it creaked dangerously, then the second door jammed🤦♀️ There is a distinct toilet smell when entering the room, even with the door closed. There is no sound insulation at all: you will hear the TV, conversations, coughing and sneezing of the neighbors clearly. All this is a pleasure for 4050 Russian rubles for a double room/ night. Breakfast is included, I'm going to try it tomorrow.
