The rooms lack basic things:
a clock, a jug, a hair dryer, a shoe spoon, a kettle, a handrail in the bathroom, a wash basin, an air freshener in the toilet, a third towel.
Dinner is not organized, from the word AT ALL (((
The nearest grocery store is 1.5 km away.
THERE is ONE microwave oven for heating food , ONE ironing board with an uncleaned iron(((
I consider polite staff, clean air and silence to be advantages.

The hotel is located in a picturesque, quiet area of the city. Public transport is within walking distance. The reception is open around the clock, the staff is polite. The room is clean and comfortable. Cleaning is daily. There are coolers on the floors. Breakfast is included in the price. I highly recommend it, especially if you are driving!

There is no place to eat, so I put 4 stars, they only give breakfast for coupons (This is coffee or tea with a bun). The refrigerator, hair dryer and TV were working in the room. The hair dryer and TV are not ancient. The furniture is so-so, but what is the price, such is the service. Not a particularly cheap hotel - I paid 300 rubles for 5 days. The territory is beautiful. There is a forest behind the hotel. There is a pond in front of the hotel. You can lie down and sunbathe in the summer. There is a sports complex and a dining room nearby. There is a swimming pool in the sports complex. You can visit without a certificate. I recommend it if you need to spend the night somewhere clean.

We went to Minsk without booking a hotel, upon arrival, there were very few available places in the city. We got to Agat late at night, found a free suite (for three), we were allowed to stay for a day (usually before 12:00 departure), gave coupons for breakfast (tea or coffee with a bun), all for 219 BEL. rub. They considered it too expensive in terms of price and quality, there is something to compare it with. The room has clean bed linen, refrigerator, separate bathroom. The interior is still from the USSR. On the outskirts of the city, there is a pine forest around. After spending the night, the next day we found an apartment in the center for half the price (per night) and a subway in 2 minutes.

I liked only the area and the view from the window of the pine trees. The room is clean and quiet, but the space is absolutely neglected and out of date. They left two days later. For this money, you can choose much better options. Of the +, breakfast was included, but very sparse (pastries and hot drinks). It's amazing that even the room key has a heavy weight.

The hotel is close to Industry Personnel, very convenient location, a good room for two, lots of outlets, a comfortable shower. A wonderful, very "warm" return to the USSR. The hotel was built in 1984. They built it for the military! He and his territory look impressive! The rooms are a return to the union, to those standards, but everything is done with love, and most importantly clean (to the envy of many newfangled hotels!). I definitely recommend it, especially since the price is extremely adequate. And do not be afraid that it is far from the center. The city is not big and you can get to the center by metro and taxi in 20 minutes. It's worth a visit-I definitely recommend it!!!

Breakfast : biscuits, tea bag. They were given out upon check-in.the sewer stank so much in the bathroom that it was impossible to go in without crying. But with the door closed, the room itself didn't stink.the garbage bag from the previous guest was left to me as a gift, apparently. But it 's okay to spend the night . I slept, got up and left. I didn 't find any cockroaches or bedbugs .

Short beds, with a height above 170 cm, you will not fit. Good audibility: I can hear what they are talking about in the hallway, the dirty floor - my white socks turned into brown. Carpet is not washed at all, most likely. The toilet has very dim lighting, woodlice are crawling on the tiles, one was definitely seen. There was no hair dryer, rust on the towel rail. The room was generally cool. The website indicates payment in cash only when booking, but they have a card payment terminal in the reception area. Strange. The man at the reception was talking on the phone with his mother when we arrived to check in, he was in no hurry to check us in, he had an "important" conversation.
The only advantage is that the area is quiet, green, and there is a place to walk. The hotel is not worth the money for a day.
