We would like to say a huge thank you to your team for choosing a great tour, for being in touch with us 24/7 and immediately trying to solve all our wishlist! The hotel is good, everything is inclusive, the flight was great, both there and back. I really enjoyed my vacation. Upon arrival, our guide contacted us immediately, made an appointment, and offered guided tours. Lunch, breakfast and dinner are served buffet style. I really liked everything! We will definitely fly somewhere else! It is a pleasure to work with you! Now we are only yours😉

Жаль не вовремя увидели отзыв ниже о возврате денег,также хотели отменить поездку из Сочи,на что нам сказали штраф в размере внесенного аванса или же перенос тура на другой период. Просили отель без детей,по итогу их был миллион,программы никакой,хотя говорили отель молодежный,заселили в ужаснейший,убитый и грязный номер. Администрация отеля никак не хотела решать этот вопрос,только была агрессия,еще и ко всему грозили какими-то штрафами,естественно сразу же писали тур оператору,но она видимо на мальдивах была занята и просто дала номер горячей линии фансан и ничем не соизволила помочь)) Хуже операторов не встречали,с первого дня нахождения в отеле ждали пока этот «отдых» закончится. А и в день бронирования была одна сумма,после внесения залога вечером того же дня каким-то чудом сумма стала выше и пришлось доплачивать)))До этого были в добедане от другого оператора и надеялись что по уровню будет не сильно хуже,а по факту белосарайская коса лучше))) Отель V hotel в шарме

I would like to thank the Agava Tour team for the impeccable organization of our vacation in Abkhazia. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. First, the consultation: we took into account all our "I want" — nature, mountains, the sea and not far from the city. We chose a route that suited our entire company of different ages.
