I don't recommend it, incompetent store! I don't usually write reviews, but I really need to here. I ordered a Bosch DFT63AC50 telescopic hood from onliner for 752p (I chose the store by rating). A young guy brought it. When unpacking the goods, the courier just stood and waddled from one foot to the other, just to get out faster. The hood was in a film and after a cursory inspection (since the courier arrived almost at 23.00), the money was transferred and after that he quickly ran away. Immediately, thoughts began to creep in that something was wrong with the hood, and literally 10 minutes after the courier left, he began a detailed inspection. They took off the film and realized that the plastic on the hood was chipped off in places and fell off along with the film. The metal corner of the hood was completely split and defects (chips, scratches, metal dents) were found on the entire body. It feels like this hood was kicked and thrown at random before being wrapped in film and brought to me. And yet, it turned out that it was NOT a COMPLETE SET. No instructions or even a 220V cable. THE HORROR! (The courier must have chosen the right time to give away such an item!) He immediately started calling the courier, saying come back and pick up the goods and give the money. To which I heard that: “I'm just a courier, I've already deposited the money at the cashier (and this is at 23.30) and tomorrow call the service and figure it out..” (Dear store, AS if you didn't know what was brought to me???) After I sent all the evidence of the broken product, referring to the law on consumer protection, they said bring it to our service on Kamennaya Gorka, we will make a refund. (but they also offered to just throw off 100p for all the dents, which I refused, because you definitely can't put such a hood in any kitchen, because it's "a product of inadequate quality"). After applying for a refund, the money was returned within 2 days, as promised in the service. BUT what surprised me was that after my purchase, the advertisement for the sale of the hood disappeared from the website and from onliner. After returning the product to the service, the ad reappeared, but at a higher price — 768p instead of 752p. The store reported that it was impossible to replace the hood with a new one due to the lack of goods, but later an ad with the same model name and specifications became available for purchase again!!! In general, it's up to you to order or not in this store. But with such a disgusting attitude towards customers, I definitely do not recommend this store!

We purchased a Dyson Airwrap HS08 styler, upon initial inspection we saw that the styler was not original, of terrible quality - we immediately called the store and asked for a refund and pick up the goods, to which we received a rude negative response, only after a long showdown, disputes and sending letters to the relevant authorities (after 10 days) The money was returned to us. If you purchased Dyson equipment in this store, then most likely it is not the original, we strongly recommend against purchasing equipment in this store.
