I want to warn potential buyers about the serious problems I have encountered when buying equipment at the Agroup store. In November 2024, I purchased Apple AirPods Max wireless headphones from this store. After a while, a constant extraneous sound appeared in the right earpiece. September 18, 2025 I contacted the service center for warranty repairs. From that moment on, the lingering problems began (>3 months): - The statutory warranty repair period (14 days) has been repeatedly violated. - The headphones were not returned, and my demands for a refund were ignored. - The store staff was extremely reluctant to respond to my written and oral requests, often delayed deadlines and did not provide specific information about solving the problem. - Almost 2 months after the appeal (November 13) I have sent a second pre-trial claim demanding to terminate the purchase agreement, return the value of the goods, the penalty and moral compensation (in accordance with the law on consumer protection). - Also on November 24, I filed a complaint against the seller on the appeal portal.I called the Administration of the Frunzensky district. - On November 27, the seller contacted me and informed me that the company from which I purchased the headphones (Technogroup LLC) had been liquidated and that I could go to court, but this would not help. I checked this information in the unified register, Technoskill LLC was indeed in liquidation. On December 11, I sent a letter to the liquidator asking him to include me in the list of creditors. They informed me that the chance of getting a payment is minimal due to the large number of debts. - As a result, on December 31, the cost of the headphones was refunded to me. Conclusion: When buying equipment in this store, you risk facing protracted warranty disputes, lack of operational support, disregard for your rights as a consumer, and difficulties in returning or exchanging goods. I hope my review will help others avoid such unpleasant situations.

Cool service. I bought a vacuum cleaner, but it became sanctioned in Belarus and the application did not work. I called them and they fixed my firmware on Curare for 300 rubles. They gave the money for repairs. Awesome company. Everything is clear. I recommend. The service is excellent. I will buy more

The purchase did not take place, unfortunately, all the negative comments are true. They only ask for cash. As you say, payment by card is out of stock, then the order will arrive in a couple of days. On Sunday, they called to confirm the order from the online store, they said the phone was available. On Monday, an hour before the trip, the store received a call saying that the product was out of stock (although the phone reservation was confirmed on Sunday), it would be available only tomorrow, but the price was higher for this model. I bought the online rating. And when I went to read the reviews here, I was glad that fate had fenced me off from this store.
