I ordered a DDPAI Mini 5 DVR in this store (I found it in the online catalog).
Based on my previous experience of ordering in online stores, I additionally decided to check this position in the catalog of the store itself (not on the online store, but on the mgazin website) and did not find the product I needed.
On this occasion, I contacted the customer service manager in the chat and pointed out this moment, to which I received a response that the product was in stock. The manager assured that the goods would be delivered the next day to the pick-up point by 10 o'clock.
The next day, at 12 (!) o'clock, a call came from the store with an apology. The reason, of course, was not in the store, but in the notorious "human factor". I was offered neither an option for delivering the goods on another day, nor alternative product positions, just "excuse me", "enter our position" and "if you write a review, try to be objective."
I accepted the apologies, I try to be objective, but I will not enter into your position, since you have not demonstrated any intention to enter into the client's position. I am sure that in a similar situation with another client, you will again limit yourself to the traditional "sorry".

I ordered an air conditioner, they feed me "breakfast", promised to bring it the next day, as a result, I waited a week, they said that "the supplier is not responding." They do not understand who is calling them and every time they have to spend 5 minutes to make them understand who is calling them and on what issue. Specifically, Maxim's manager makes me terribly disgusted. Every time he picks up the phone with this behavior, like, "Well, what are you calling for?". By the way, an air conditioner for $ 500
