We brought him back the next day, we did not hear any apologies, the money was naturally not returned to us, we took another toilet bowl, brought it home, and unloaded it (since there are no other men in our house besides my husband, respectively, my husband unloaded and carried back this toilet bowl) ok! The plumber came, but he doesn't find the internal mechanism! I had to go back to get it, as it turned out, they were aware that there was no mechanism, and no one said anything! Don't go there anymore, thanks for getting on my nerves!!!
