I contacted this salon for advertising. I did a double eyebrow tattoo removal (laser and remover) with Master Elmira. I paid 20,000 ₸ — the result is zero, the money is wasted. After my appeal, Master Elmira, instead of solving the problem, simply blocked me on Instagram. I contacted the director of the salon, Aina, but the issue was not resolved there either — they told me that the master rents an office, and the salon is not responsible. I consider this an extremely unfair attitude: after all, the salon decides who to give jobs to. Such masters not only deceive customers, but also spoil the reputation of the institution itself. In the end, there was no result, no refund, no attempt to figure it out. I do not recommend this salon.
