We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Compass tour operator and personally to our travel agent from BelTrevelCom LLC, Lyudmila Bobrikovich. Thanks to the professionalism of these people, our vacation in Dubai was great, despite the external challenges. We have been vacationing at the Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai since February 23, 2026. The hotel has left the most pleasant impressions: it is ideally oriented towards family holidays and children of all ages, but at the same time every adult here will easily find entertainment to their liking. The atmosphere, service and infrastructure are top notch. However, our vacation coincided with force majeure circumstances: since February 28, the airspace was closed, and returning home turned into a real "quest". We were not left alone in this difficult situation. Lyudmila was in touch 24/7, providing us with full support and psychological support. Due to multiple flight postponements, we were delayed in Dubai for another 6 days. All this time, we felt cared for and helped in solving any issues that arise. As practice has shown, it is at such moments that real professionals are recognized. With a decent person and a reliable tour operator, you can overcome any difficulties! Thank you very much for your hard work, endurance and human attitude. We recommend it to everyone who cares not only about comfort, but also about safety!
