This is our first time at the Aisara sanatorium.I want to say that everything is fine! The most important treatment, cleansing with mineral water,has huge benefits for the gastrointestinal tract,complete physiotherapy,excellent paraffin treatment, blood purification, mud treatment,herbal teas (assortment),Very attentive and competent medical staff headed by the Doctor Orynkul A.,who gives appointments.The food is also good, the cuisine is dietary, delicious, varied, the menu does not repeat itself! I would like to express my gratitude to Bekzhan for his attention and kindness to every vacationer!We wish you success in your work and all the best! I advise you to come to Aisary without even hesitating!

The most important thing is that the food is excellent - varied, thanks a lot to the chefs and the girls distributors for this. Great location, there is everything from a store to pharmacies nearby. The staff is very polite, the nurses are wonderful. Director Bekzhan is very polite and loyal and always in touch, responds quickly and informatively. A shuttle service is provided (for children only free of charge if they stay for more than 7 days). The pool is cool, moderately cool, there is a Jacuzzi for children. The rooms and the establishment are clean, they are cleaned often, but the bed linen is made of bare synthetics, it has already caused allergies. The procedures are free and really ineffective, and unfortunately, the inhalation, massage and irrigation rooms are unsanitary, the devices are in a tubby state, the nozzle masks are very dirty, so these procedures were completely abandoned.

Sanatorium class! Polite staff! I was with my wife in February from the 10th to the 20th. Delicious and satisfying food. You can drink mineral water whenever you want, with unlimited time. Paraffin wax every day. I really liked the pool. I recommend it!
