This is our first time at the Aisara sanatorium.I want to say that everything is fine! The most important treatment, cleansing with mineral water,has huge benefits for the gastrointestinal tract,complete physiotherapy,excellent paraffin treatment, blood purification, mud treatment,herbal teas (assortment),Very attentive and competent medical staff headed by the Doctor Orynkul A.,who gives appointments.The food is also good, the cuisine is dietary, delicious, varied, the menu does not repeat itself! I would like to express my gratitude to Bekzhan for his attention and kindness to every vacationer!We wish you success in your work and all the best! I wanted to write about my impression of this place. The most important thing is that the food is good, although during my entire stay at the sanatorium I have never been given any goodies. And so the daily food is good. The girls from the cafeteria are very responsive girls, cute. The nurses were very polite. Tateshka is a very kind and warm woman at the massage. I really liked her massage, unfortunately I do not know the estate. Nurse Gulmira is very nice at the electrophoresis. Of the cons, the admin who simply ignored even though she asked for a transfer to the city. During the day, I told them that I was leaving tomorrow, and that evening they turned off the heating in my room, I specifically asked the others if they had heating in the room. As I understand it, they save so much. Cleaning is done every 2 days. There is dust in the rooms. I also want to add about mud treatment, the man who did it was very rude. He scratched my whole foot with the pebbles that were in the mud. I told him that I was hot and stinging. He gave me a ystyk in response. He didn't even look at my diagnosis card, where and what I needed. In the beginning, I stupidly applied mud only to my knees, but I needed it on the hip joint. After I made a remark, he only did it later. I doubt his education, as if a man had been brought in from a construction site and given a uniform. The robe they give out is in a deplorable state, stained and torn. Is it really impossible to change these robes once every 3-6 months, obviously these robes are not the first year?

No, as we all love queues, I personally started at 11.30 am, try it, it works! And don't forget to thank the girls for the treatment service before you leave!!! They will be pleased!!!
