Overall the hotel is nice, the real interior doesn't reflect the pictures, nevertheless it has own benefits: very friedly and helpful staff, good private beach, nice food, careful chef. The swiming pool is siutable for children.

The Persian Gulf is opposite the hotel across the street, there are sun beds and umbrellas, everything is free. Water is supplied to the room every day. There is a swimming pool, but we did not go there) there is also a free transfer from the hotel at 14-30 to Dubai and at 21-00 from Dubai. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Ajman and Dubai Mall. You only need to make an appointment at the reception separately and in advance.
The beach is nice and cozy. There are a lot of sun loungers, but if you want to lie in the shade all day, then you need to take up space under umbrellas. This hotel is a very big compromise, of the advantages :
Its own beach with good sand and sun beds within walking distance and there are always free sun beds.
Delicious food on the floor or full board (for lunch and dinner beef, chicken, fish of the telapia type to choose from and 2 side dishes + a couple of salads and vegetables) + ice cream and dessert or fruit. Water and tea/coffee.

The old room stock, but this is tolerable if they do not give the 6th floor, there are dead rooms, access to the balcony of one room in the photo.
A small hotel (6 floors with 12 rooms in total) , and the territory is like a large one. And the owner came up with how to make money - EVERY evening there are corporate events, weddings, events and until 2-3 nights the roar of music does not let you sleep even in earplugs (video from the 3rd floor of one of the parties at 12 at night).
The rooms on the sea have no balconies, so there is nowhere to dry things at all.

A nice home-made hotel, a small room stock, there is not much choice of food, but everything that was on the buffet is delicious! If few people are recruited, then they do instead of a buffet - a visit to an a la carte cafe. The portions are huge, as well as the menu, everything was very tasty. The beach is private, no one comes from the street, except for a fee. You can see planes from the beach, but they don't interfere with anything. There is a private pool. The staff is very polite, ready to help when my brother felt unwell, rice was cooked especially for him and bananas were given.

Cons: the hotel is old, there is one elevator, small, do not enter more than three! Not loud music almost until the morning from the beach bar (there are discos, karaoke, hangouts in general), but if you take a room with a view of the city, then it's normal. For that kind of money (small) a great hotel. There is a liquor store five steps away. We had a rest in June. There are no people. We are almost alone on the beach and in the dining room (restaurant). If you have a small budget, but you want to swim in the Persian Gulf, then come here. The hotel is clean, the beach is +-. Drinks, etc. were not ordered at the hotel - it is expensive. The food is normal. Portions if the buffet did not work are huge. They didn't give tips to hard workers. They gave 150 rubles for two people for 10 nights and 11 days. People in the neighboring Ajman Sarai paid 450 for two - though everything is included. So think for yourself. Those who have not been to the Emirates need to take at least $ 1000 Baku in cash - the prices are not cheap (excursions etc.e). A bottle of beer 6 - 6.5 dirhams. Bottled wine is expensive. For that, Vodka Absolute 50 dirhams. In the city you can eat sea food for two for 120 dirhams. By the way, they do not change the old dollars of 2006. Stock up on new things.

A very friendly and kind-hearted woman, endearing to herself. We took her on an excursion to Abu Dhabi and the color park. It's an incredible sight, we were very satisfied. If you suddenly didn't find her here, then there is an office opposite the Bahi hotel, across the street, 10 minutes walk from the Ajman hotel. We had a rest in April 2024 at this hotel. We are beach lovers, so the disadvantages of the hotel rooms are not particularly important. The beach is sandy, the shore is shallow, if desired, you can go deeper, but further away. The water on the beach is crystal clear, even after the downpour of the century that flooded Dubai, the sea was clear. The staff is responsive, all issues were resolved immediately, after the universal flood of 2024, the air conditioner turned off, turned on in 15 minutes. And when we returned after the tour at 23.00, we were fed in the dining room (they offered it themselves, we didn't even hope), although according to the schedule it should already be closed. Yes, eating at night is probably harmful, but during the day of the guided tour with meals, we only got a sausage in the dough. They cook in the dining room (well, you can't call it a restaurant!) it is very tasty, every day fish, chicken, beef, ice cream, honor and respect to the chef!
Cons (for those who like to sit in the room): the rooms are very old, literally begging for repairs, the air conditioner is powerful, even at a minimum it blows off the bed (the mattress is comfortable by the way). The hotel was not ready for the universal flood, so the 6th floor leaked like the eyes of the girls at the Titanic session.

На мой взглят хороший бюджетный отель. Свой пляж. Иногда выглядит не очень чистым, однако очень удобный, хороший заход. Лежаков хватает, но они не очень удобные. Зонтиков практически нет, но если едете не в сезон (ноябрь-декабрь) он и не нужен, солнце не палит, как например в Турции. Еда в ресторане нормальная, удивляет пластиковая посуда на завтрак.

Terrible hotel! We got here by chance, initially we booked a four-person apartment in Ras al Khaimah, but literally in 3 weeks we found out that the beach was closed there and active construction was underway. The tour operator offered this hotel in Ajman. The rooms are old, which, with a view of the sea, are even more or less, 30 sq.m., with a view of the city - shabby, small, 24 sq.m., only for two (they manage to settle there and three, extra.the place is a mattress on the floor, a folding bed will not fit in it). Cleaning is not carried out in principle, only garbage is taken out. We have been living for the sixth day - there has never been a wet cleaning, a change of bed linen and towels. You contact the reception (everything is via the translator application, there is no Russian-speaking staff here), they nod, write down the complaint and that's the end of it. This is the first time we have seen such an attitude towards customers. In the evenings it is noisy - the hotel rents out areas for entertainment events to local residents, Indians, especially tourists, whose windows overlook the sea, will not have to sleep until 4 in the morning, the audibility is as if they are walking behind the wall. The administration does not respond to complaints, it is completely indifferent. The kitchen is average, the range of dishes is small, but they cook well. Of the advantages, only the beach and the sea can be noted (but even here there are not without disadvantages: old, crumbling sun beds, the best of which customers occupy from 7 a.m.), but for this it is worth looking for other hotels that are more focused on their customers, and not on outsiders.

We rested here in February 2023. In principle, a good hotel, if luxury and pomposity are not important to you. The hotel itself is old, but cozy. The staff is pleasant, responsive, try to solve all your questions. The room smelled damp, but it quickly wears off and is normal. In the shower, for some reason, it was difficult to adjust the optimal temperature of the water, then very hot, then very cold. The food was good, delicious, varied, and even ice cream was given for lunch and dinner. There is a private beach, clean, with soft sand and a gentle approach to the sea.
I liked the rest, if we come to the UAE again, we will most likely stay at this hotel.

I don't know how the rooms are above the second floor, they wrote like they had repairs done on 6-5 m, but we got the second floor, the rooms had seen a lot, the coating had to be eliminated yesterday, if you constantly close the closet doors, then you can pump your hands to open by the end of the vacation) The beds are large and comfortable enough, but as for me, the mattresses are so soft. We had a view of the city from the room, there is a balcony, unlike the view of the bay, there are just windows. The dining room is like in 3*, the same thing, but for dessert there was ice cream and croissants. There is a coffee machine. There was always chicken, beef, fish. Next to the fence is the Oscar liquor store, in the course of one to two Emirates, given that there is absolutely no alcohol in the Garage, everyone goes here to shop. To the left is the new embankment, take a walk in the evening, many different cafes and restaurants. Money was changed at the Lu Lu supermarket (shopping center for poor indigenous people and visiting tourists, as they later deducted, and it was visible from the customers). Fruits can be bought at the same supermarket, because there are no tents, or at the fish market, there are even exotic things -pitahaya, longan, papaya, etc. In general, I liked the rest, but we will not go to this hotel anymore.

According to the photo , I think everything is clear without words , the hotel was built in 1979 , repairs have not been done since then , mostly Indians , Palestinians , Russians rest in it , there are no young people , to a large extent they are pensioners . Food in order not to starve, only potatoes and soy sausages for breakfast, I saw that the girls ordered an omelet, but I did not even ask for a fee or not, a couple of types of cupcakes with tea or coffee, one type of juice (orange) and plastic dishes, utensils, glasses. And there are always dirty tables and often the floor . The whole hotel is dirty from the baseboard to the ceiling, it's scary to touch anything with your hands, not like sleeping on the linen that was made, I arrived covered in pimples, towels washed and stained, cockroaches are the norm there, someone saw rats on the second floor and the first. I arrived at night, washed with cold water because there it is necessary to turn on the water heater. On the trail. the day I went to ask to change the room, they changed it, they gave it on the 5th floor, while I was looking at the open doors to the rooms, they are absolutely all the same, on the side of the bay without a balcony, all the rooms; there are balconies on the road, but these balconies are dirty and narrow, you can probably go out there only to smoke, there is no table and chairs. I forgot to take a picture . The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The cleaning is daily , mostly they just report hygiene products and water . There is a safe, but I didn't use it, I left everything in my suitcase (it's locked). A small pool, rather for children, I did not swim in it, I disdained, and why, when there is sea water nearby. The beach area is not large, but there is enough space for everyone, and sun beds, since there are not many people, the hotel itself is only 6 floors (14 rooms on the floor). The water is warm and clean, sometimes debris washed ashore by waves, but generally clean. Especially when there are no waves. Next to this hotel, there are 5* (Ajman Saray and Fairmount, large, beautiful and expensive hotels), but they are not allowed on the territory. You can only go to the hotel itself at the reception to see if you are a potential tourist)
I celebrated the New Year in it (the "gala dinner" cost 9 thousand, which can not be refused), it's just a pi......c, like an ordinary dinner, an "event" was also held in the dining room, if not for one tourist, then they would not have decorated with anything, the table is not diverse, there are few fruits (8 people on the table: two tangerines and apples), a bottle of alcohol (vodka, which the girls barely asked to replace with champagne) on the table for the whole evening, fortunately I do not drink, but for the rest))))), someone said that they had a cake on the table-That wasn't on my desk. Accordingly, I drank coffee with a cupcake and there was nothing else. There was no show program, the manager Tatiana, who works at the hotel (sells excursions), gathered people among the vacationers and asked who could do what (sing / dance), and there were a couple of people who sang songs and held a couple of contests ("A la" who would drink a lot of vodka faster). I had to wait for music for several minutes , because the equipment or the Internet was hanging . As a result, I just came to eat, as for a regular dinner, but the area behind the hotel was covered and decorated with a show program and a DJ (beach area) the entrance cost $ 150 and only Indians rested there .......... At 23:00 Moscow time, we were released to the Indians to watch the fireworks that were at the neighboring hotel)), he was like that, to be honest. Then everyone left, but someone stayed there to dance. Who didn't get kicked out)) because of too much alcohol. But their music, I didn't like it, I stood, listened and left.
This time we were lucky with the weather, there was no rain and the temperature was 26 degrees. Excursions are all expensive, especially Dubai. But safari or the Indian Ocean is around $50 +\-. This is from Anex company. Others may have a different price tag .
Conclusion : if there is no money, then relax in this hotel, if there is, it is better to pay 10-15 thousand + \- and go to a normal hotel. Because of the advantages, only the first line is here.

I had a good rest without a hotel, but a hotel also matters, especially if it costs less than 3 kopecks. And of course I wanted to try the local oriental flavor, and not live in slums.

In the morning, when you wake up, you have a view of the sea, the food is normal, you will not stay hungry, they are very loyal to the fact that we sometimes took food, the hotel management allowed us to stay for two hours in the room, that is, to take it not at 12.00, but at 14.00. We rested from 22.11 to 02.12.2023 on a voucher from Anex tour with half board. Room 503.
1. We arrived in Dubai. The transfer is normal. We waited a long time alone at the airport, but left without them. We arrived and immediately went to lunch because there was something little edible on the plane. After lunch, we were immediately checked in.
The beach is wonderful. The white fine sand is equipped with everything you need: umbrellas, sun beds with mattresses (although there are not enough of them), a shower, a toilet in which you can change clothes, because there are two shower cabins, a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool between the beach and the hotel. The entrance to the sea is flat, the bottom is sandy, the sea is clean, there are tides and tides, it did not bother us. The beach and the pool are cleaned daily, outsiders are not allowed, even if they enter or swim from the other side of the beach. There is a gym, there are scales, this is important for ladies.
2. The restaurant corresponds to 3* in terms of the set of dishes, but everything is cooked very tasty and appetizing, there is even milk porridge in the morning, thanks a lot to the chef for the kitchen, we not only ate too much, but also overeated a little, because we wanted to try everything. A wonderful coffee machine: for all tastes, including cocoa (hot chocolate). Schedule: breakfast from 7-00 to 10-30, lunch from 12-30 to 15-30, dinner from 19-00 to 22-00. There is never any crowding, there are always empty seats, the waiters are great: they work quickly, make sure that the dishes are always replenished if they run out, quickly clean up dirty dishes, very friendly. Replace dinner with lunch without any problems, even if one of the guests is having lunch, the other can have dinner. Ice cream for lunch and dinner.
3. The view from our room overlooked the city and the road. The east side. There is a balcony, but not for relaxation, we dried our swimsuits there, because the bathroom is wet. The room is old, but everything you need is there: very comfortable large beds, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, tea, sugar, milk powder and 2 bottles of water are put daily (there were no problems with water at all, you could dial from the cooler in the restaurant), a TV panel with 1 Russian channel, but we did not turn it on we had a great time without it; a large bathroom, there is a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and cream. Carpet in the room and tiles in the hallway. We had daily and high-quality cleaning with a change of towels. Special thanks to our maid, a very attentive and caring young man. The only disadvantage of the room is the air conditioning (very noisy, we turned it off at night) and even with the balcony closed, the noise of the city (early prayers, the roar of cars, turning on and off the air conditioners of the restaurant and hall).
4. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. He is trying to master Russian. During our stay, the hotel was inhabited by 90% of Russian speakers (Russians, Tatars, Bashkirs, Belarusians, Kazakhs). We didn't have any problems. Friends had a clogged bathtub, their room was immediately replaced, although they flew away a day later.
Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for their warm welcome, warmth and care. I would like to come back to you again.

This hotel is our second home! For three years now, starting from December 20th to January 5th, we have been coming to this hotel. We are having fun celebrating the New Year. The hotel is without pretensions, modest, but with a beautiful beach, with normal food and most importantly a quiet rest without fuss. The rooms have everything you need, change of linen on request every day, not counting towels-it's natural every day. It's just great!

Very old 3 star hotel. The furniture is old, the restaurant has a very modest buffet. The staff is friendly. The hotel is located right by the road. The beach is small and not well maintained, there are only five sun loungers with torn mattresses. There are two huge rusty sea buoys lying on the beach.

The rooms with city views are noisy at night, although there seems to be a hotel on the outskirts.
Fat plus - the sea is 3 steps away. But I didn't like the sea itself - it's a very long entrance, you go, you go, you go, you go, you go, and everything is knee-deep
There were many more stingrays in March, who is afraid - just a lot. Not one or two, but up to 12 I counted
Another plus is a good embankment nearby, there is a place to walk
In general, I recommend looking for something better)

The hotel itself is small, but the beach is big. Even during the pandemic, the necessary distance was maintained. Fully corresponds to the 3 stars of the hotel. Of the advantages: 1 line, a large beach, in the evening you can walk along the promenade in front of the hotel. Shops are within walking distance.

We rested at the nearby Ajman Sarai Hotel, located a minute's walk from this spa. I write a review based on the price / quality ratio, the salon has a very friendly and responsive staff. They always make concessions on time, offer water. The salon is clean enough, the massage is done very well, they try very hard. We went to a Balinese massage, successfully got on the action because the off-season course of 5 massages was quite inexpensive, compared to the spa at the Ajman Sarai hotel. In general, the place in my opinion is excellent, but if you like pretentious and that everything is "expensive rich", then you are not here, if you need to combine rest with a useful activity in the form of a massage course for acceptable money, then a worthwhile place. From myself I want to say thank you to the staff of this salon! I liked the massage, as well as everything that accompanied it.
