As a consumer, it is my greatest right to ask for the details of the product I have purchased. But I think it's a crime to ask questions in this business. There is an operator who is unable to provide information, scolds the customer and tries to get on top by saying, 'Let me give you your money back'. They are completely far from commercial ethics and customer satisfaction. They can't be tradesmen or anything like that unless they can solve the problem of style and respect. I'm not recommending it to anyone.
