But they definitely weren't there initially. The expensive dress was made to order, RUINED, and I also gave away 60p. They didn't offer any compensation, no way. They were supposed to give the dress ironed, but it feels like it was just transported in a bunch of other things. It's a rumpled mess. I strongly advise against this place if you don't want to ruin your belongings.

I thought there was a vertical cleaning there, and not stupidly throwing a thing into the drum that then everything falls off it. You ask questions, you hear rudeness. And when you say that then I'd better wash it myself - "oh, well, what to worry about, well, anything happens, they may not spoil it, you shouldn't worry about everything..." Tell your employee - let her buy a thing for $ 300, give it to such an institution and they will tell her "well, what to worry about that, anything happens", they will give you a rag and goodbye! Maybe then something sensible will come to her mind and come to her tongue so as not to communicate with people like that.
