Before that , there were other things , no complaints

It was not possible to evaluate the dry cleaning, because it all ended up in communication with not the most competent employee. He doesn't know what kind of chemicals they clean. Whether the silver glitter will come off the decor and the spraying on the beads, he does not know. Whether the decor will be 100% sheathed with a protective layer so that it does not fall, he does not know. And in general, he does not know how the thing will be washed, that the decor should suddenly crumble. I thought there was a vertical cleaning there, and not stupidly throwing a thing into the drum that then everything falls off it. You ask questions, you hear rudeness. And when you say that then I'd better wash it myself - "oh, well, what to worry about, well, anything happens, they may not spoil it, you shouldn't worry about everything..." Tell your employee - let her buy a thing for $ 300, give it to such an institution and they will tell her "well, what to worry about that, anything happens", they will give you a rag and goodbye! Maybe then something sensible will come to her mind and come to her tongue so as not to communicate with people like that.

I have been using the services of this dry cleaner for several years. I handed over jackets and sweaters of different composition. Everything was always returned clean and whole. Last time, both jackets came back with stains. Well, okay, after the time has passed, the spots may remain. But something else upset me, the left sleeve of the jacket came back in some "scratches". And this is the ENTIRE front side of the sleeve... I will no longer use the services of this dry cleaner. They ruined my jacket! For 46.50 rubles…

The hood has been painted, unfortunately there is no energy and extra time for proceedings, a 5% discount for inconveniences.It's not pleasant, I don't use this dry cleaning service anymore.

They brought an oversize down jacket, but took away a fitted one with a shot sleeve! Also, the fluff is all knocked down, around the perimeter it is thick, then empty!! Think a few times before using the services of this dry cleaner!
