Hotel:
1. Room: Large, old renovation, but clean. Comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of storage space. There is gel, shampoo, body cream, toothbrush and a small paste.
The Wi-Fi in the room is great, the TV is working.
Towels are one large per person, but on request we were given a foot towel and changed it every day. Water -0.5 per person per day, including a child. If you don't have enough, you can fill it in the dining room.
The air conditioner and refrigerator are noisy. You won't be able to sleep with the air conditioner on. The windows are very "thin" - you can hear everything. And dirty.
2. Pool: uncomfortable, never went down. If you consider it as an alternative to the sea, I do not recommend it.
3. The hotel itself is neat and quiet. There are no neighbors in the room.
4. Breakfast (from 7 to 10:30, but the later you arrive, the less likely you are to eat): - I do not recommend taking it, it is better to take it with you without food or go to a cafe nearby. I'll write down all the variety, it repeats every day. Boiled eggs, omelet (it wasn't there a couple of times), noodles (it was twice), cheese (very salty), sour cream, cucumbers or cucumbers with baking. Liquid oatmeal porridge. Cereal with milk, Gravy with beans (salty enough), toast bread (there is a toaster), honey, jam, a la boutiques (bread, tomato, baking, spread). 6. Guided tours: We did not meet with the guide, there are representatives of Parus at the hotel - ok for the prices (a large bus for up to 40 people), but we took it elsewhere, because there are fewer people in the car
Can I recommend a hotel? As a place close to the beach and to spend the night - yes. As an option for relaxing with a comfortable pool and meals - no.

We had a rest together with a child from April 22 to April 25, 2025. Breakfast + dinner , accommodation cost 23,000.
I liked the proximity to the beach, a 5-minute walk, an abundance of shops and cafes nearby, the room is large, the Wi-Fi works perfectly.
The furniture and plumbing are very old, the room is quite dirty, and there is dust everywhere, especially in the light bulbs above the bed. Once they saw a cockroach in the room. They only give one towel per person.
The staff is unfriendly, rather neutral. When checking in, no one even helped to lift the suitcases, which is surprising.
We went to the rooftop pool once, it was very dirty, not treated, and there was no smell of bleach.
During my stay at the hotel, it was my birthday, the staff did not congratulate me in any way, did not make a compliment from the hotel. Hurtful. I have been vacationing in Sharjah on my birthday for several years, and all the hotels have always congratulated me.
The food is terribly monotonous, there is practically nothing for breakfast, dinner is more or less acceptable. You won't stay hungry, and you won't get super pleasure either.
I would rather not come back here a second time, except for a super cheap price.
Today we moved to another hotel opposite Al Bustan (Al Khalidiya Resort) it's much better there, and the price is about the same in three days.

We have been to this hotel 2 times. A good budget vacation option. We took breakfast plus lunch and dinner and didn't worry about what and where to eat. It is very convenient both in terms of time and points of sale. Having a rooftop pool is a controversial pleasure, the pool water is cold and... Dirty from the vital activity of flying birds (feathers float and not only (((. Sauna is good! We always choose non-smoking rooms with sea views. It's a little noisy from the road, but the view is good. There is a Parus agency right in the hotel. Make no mistake - take guided tours to any place from them! Liked it!!!we fished fish, rode bananas, and snorkeling in the ocean, as well as another country in the piggy bank. One inconvenience is an hour at the border, but it somehow passed quickly. If you have already been on a tour in Dubai, you liked both classic and night Dubai. It is not advisable to take one vacation, but if you have already been on one of these excursions, take the second one! The rooms are large in size. There is a kettle with tea bags. Every day - 0.5 liters of water per person. There is a woman at the reception during the day who speaks a little but quite passably Russian. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are served in a fenced area in the lobby. Everything is quite edible, the choice is small, but you will not stay hungry. The presence of a large beach nearby is a good advantage of the hotel. A piece of the Persian Gulf is visible from a small, dusty window. There is also a marine station with ferries to Dubai and an oceanarium nearby. But the center of Sharjah, where you can walk around the sea bay, is 3-4 km away. My wife and I walked there three times in the evenings. Of course, like almost everywhere else in the UAE, roads often have to be crossed-run across outside pedestrian crossings. Next to the hotel there is quite a decent small grocery store with some other small items, several cafes. One small one (to the left, 40 meters away), where there are excellent two types of pastries and coffee, visited three times. 15-20 dirhams went by taxi to the new Zahia shopping center in one direction.
In general, if you take into account all the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel, you can stay here.

The room is a separate kind of art. We came across a room that smelled very strongly of mold, but after a day of airing and opening the windows, the smell disappeared.
The bathtub is painted, but it's scary to get up there even in slippers, and no matter how you wash, the water runs down to the floor, into a hole on the floor. Apparently that's the way it was intended... sometimes there was no pressure or the water was slightly warm…
There is no safe in the room. Although the safe box is written on the cabinet. But the safe is not there. There is a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. They give you soap accessories. Slippers and a bathrobe are available on request. And only one towel per person. Towels are changed every day. But there's some fun with that too. For example, room cleaning is done in the morning. And towels will be brought in the afternoon.

After reading the reviews, we tuned in for the worse, everything turned out to be fine.
The hotel is quiet, in need of repair, the furniture is already shabby, 10 years ago it was certainly good, for three of us we got a two-room room with two bathrooms, which surprised us. Friendly staff, the room is clean, towels and linen are clean. The food is not very diverse, but you will not stay hungry, everything is edible and yes, delicious, you can say at home, for lunch / dinner 3 hot, 3 side dishes, salad, dessert, watermelon, there are soups, but have not tried, no frills. It was also nice to receive a very bulky lunchbox upon departure, which was asked to be assembled in advance.
Of the advantages, walking distance: the beach, 7 minutes, but you have to cross the road, you get used to it; there are small grocery stores + a large Nesto Hypermarket in a 20-minute walk and the Sharjah Aquarium + marina to get to Dubai

The Al Bustan Sharjah Hotel is a good budget holiday option if you do not apply for a suite) yes, the rooms are already tired, plumbing and bathroom tiles need updating, but in general everything works. There are no insects (I read about them in the reviews).
In 2018, I was at Al Bustan in Dubai, where the food and the rooms were better. The network is the same, but the level is different. In Sharjah, I would put this hotel at 3*, not 4*.
I chose a hotel within walking distance to the beach so as not to be tied to the transfer, plus the proximity to the ferry to Dubai was important for me, since we went there on our own (ferry + metro). And this hotel has coped with these criteria perfectly.

Food at the hotel: we took breakfasts + dinners. Dinner can be changed to lunch if desired. I've read reviews that the food is not very good. But in fact, everything is delicious, there is little variety, but you definitely won't stay hungry. There is even a watermelon of fruits for lunch. There is always hot meat/chicken/fish. Two types of side dishes. There are two types of cakes from desserts. There are soups too, sometimes even very tasty. Breakfasts suffer a bit, but again: you won't stay hungry. Fried eggs / boiled eggs / omelet are always there, toast with jam / honey, vegetables, cottage cheese, sour cream - always there. Probably the only thing missing was baking.
Recommendation: come for breakfast / lunch / dinner not at the beginning (for example, not by 19h for dinner, but by 20h - then all the tables are free and there is no queue, you eat calmly and bring fresh) otherwise, when you arrive exactly at the beginning, the crowd will rush to the food, queues and tables are all occupied. There are not enough tables, there are queues.
There is a rooftop pool, but it is dusty and uncomfortable.
My verdict: we were satisfied with the rest) we immediately knew what level of the hotel we were going to and did not impose increased requirements on it, the hotel is quite suitable for an overnight stay as a budget holiday. The proximity to the beach, the ferry and the aquarium is ideal.
By the way, the entrance to the Sharjah Aquarium is free for pensioners. Even the document did not need to be presented. And together with my parents, they let me through for free)
Can I recommend this hotel? Yes, but only for those who are ready for a budget vacation option and will not demand more from the hotel than it can give) who, like us, are interested in the proximity of the beach and the convenience of getting to Dubai - a super option.

Hotel for 3
We had a rest from November 28 to December 5 at the hotel.
I'll start with a good one, I was pleased with the size of the room for 2 adults and one child (5 years old), they gave a two-room room, about 70 squares with two baths.
The furniture is not new, but it is all clean and of good quality.
There were only 3 towels in the room, there were no face kits and so on
Cleaning every day, sets of cosmetics, toothbrushes, razors, hats.
The hotel itself is small, but at first glance it is not bad, fresh cosmetic repairs, polite staff.
Now about the disadvantages
There is nothing to catch with a child here, the nearest town is only on the beach or at the aquarium.
Russian channels are not shown on TV, so there is nothing much to do in the room at all.
As for the kitchen, it's scarce... the child went hungry at all.
The staff also restricts food, they can come up and tell you everything you can't take anymore.
We asked to take a cup of milk to the room for the child so that the child could eat a dry breakfast in the room at night... they refused us

The hotel was very tired, it felt like ten years ago. It seems that there are conditions, even a rooftop pool, but everything is old and battered. First, they settled into a disgusting room with a side window and a view of the garbage dump. Thanks to the hotel staff for going to the meeting and, at our request, they moved us to a room that they liked more.
The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is the food. Meager, not particularly tasty and as cheap as possible, it just feels like they are saving on you, as if the products are from the local "red price". Corny is not worth the money.
There are several cafeterias in the area where you can eat tastier, more varied and more satisfying. And as a result, it will also be cheaper.
There is not much place to walk in the area, the area is quite dull. There is a very cool public space - the promenade around Khalid Lagoon, but it is 20-30 minutes on foot in one direction along an infrastructure not particularly adapted for pedestrians.
But the hotel has two very significant advantages - walking distance to the beach, as well as the issuance of beach towels. Not many hotels in the UAE can boast of this, especially budget ones. The beach is cool and you can go to it several times a day whenever you want, and not just when the transfer is going.

Taking into account the fact that this hotel mainly has the population of Russia, and people like to collect a lot, it is necessary to occupy a table in advance. For example, to get hooked with those who had free seats, people are not particularly happy to get two people hooked. Unfortunately, this is the case. The room is very tired, everything is old. The walls and various shelves are not washed, the dirt is not washed. The bathroom, toilet, sink are clean. But the walls are dirty. There is a refrigerator, an ironing board, an iron with a dirty sole. It's impossible to iron, to be honest. The board is also all broken up. There is a kettle and glasses. They only gave us one tea bag, although there were two people in the room. There are no balconies in this hotel, so the linen does not dry, keep in mind. The humidity is high. Towels were not left for us to replace from the third bottom, as well as other vacationers. There are beach ones, but they also need to be taken in advance. There are not enough of them. Near the hotel there is a McDonald's, cappuccino coffee 10,12,14dirhan. Combo from 21 dirhans. There are shops not far from otletel, such as Lenta. There is an aquarium and a museum not far from the hotel, but everything is in Arabic. The only thing that makes you forget all these nuances is the sea. It's beautiful:warm, clean, sand does not bother. The beach is cleaned every evening. The sand is clean. Taxi with taximeter, within the city limits up to 30 dirhans.

Great hotel. Restaurants are available and the beach is a five-minute walk away. They came to clean up every day. They always put water on, even if the last one hasn't ended yet. The rooms are clean, which is great. The kitchen is not always successful, but you can usually eat normally. It is better to get up early for breakfast, by the end there is nothing left. I'll start in order:
friendly staff works at the reception. One of them is a woman, she's almost always on duty. She speaks excellent Russian and will answer all your questions. We settled in immediately. We had a rest from January 31st to February 7th. The room is just huge, the furniture is good, the bed is just gorgeous (very comfortable, wide). There are all shower accessories on the bathroom shelf (cap, brush + paste, disposable machine, shampoo, shower gel, cream). Everything is replenished as you use it. But for some reason, the taps are 20 cm away from the wall, and this creates inconvenience. Beach towels are provided at the beach, which is a 5-minute walk away. I was surprised by the rare hair dryer on the wall, but it's hanging there, apparently, for the story. They gave me a good hair dryer at the reception without any problems. The room also has an ironing board and iron, kettle, glasses. Sugar, coffee, tea, and water are replenished daily. I tried to figure out the TV, but I couldn't turn it on, and I didn't even have time to watch it. The pool is on the roof, we went up only once and then to look. It's kind of uncomfortable there.
Breakfasts, yes... Monotonous 😏, the choice is not great, there is no fruit, but you can eat something)).
The hotel has no territory. We walked to the store.
There is a wonderful NESTO store like our Lenta within a 10-minute walk, it has everything. We really liked him) First floor — groceries, 2nd — clothes. You can pay with a UnionPay card.
There is a McDonald's right in front of the hotel. The prices there are adequate, you can eat. We took combos for 15 dirhams. There is also a KFS nearby.
The beach is beautiful, wide, and clean. There are a lot of people only in the morning, when people are brought from other hotels. It's more free after 12:00.
In general, we are very satisfied with our stay, thanks to the staff of the AL BUSTAN HOTEL 4* for their hospitality.
Would we choose this place to relax next time?

I liked the hotel, I was taken from the airport in 10 minutes. We checked in immediately at 9 a.m. and were sent for breakfast. The food is normal, you can change lunch for dinner and vice versa. The staff tries hard, the problems are solved very quickly (they couldn't turn on the TV and the air conditioner was noisy).The room has everything you need-an iron, an ironing board, a kettle, tea,coffee, sugar, shampoos, gels, soap, a toothbrush with paste. There are no problems with beach towels at the reception.The beach is close. I recommend the hotel, I had a rest with a child of 12 years old from March 24 to March 31, 2025. The Wi-Fi is good, we watched movies.

dinner: lunch assortment, but another cooking option, for example - mashed potatoes or fries, breaded chicken, no fruit.
You can't take it to the room.
The hotel has an office of a tour company, the manager is Fuad, speaks excellent Russian, our former compatriot from Baku. Prices are lower than others by $ 10-15, the range is large, he will advise and tell you. We took 4 excursions from him.
The sea is nearby, 5-7 minutes on foot, the roads can be crossed without problems.
Within walking distance of 7 -10 min. min. Nesto hypermarket (turn left, straight ahead, without turning anywhere, just behind the mosque). Prices are normal (mango from 10 dirhams, strawberries 2.5 dirhams, etc.) Along the way there is a pharmacy, cafes, KFS, shops, flowers.

It is not suitable for children under 3 years old for sure, there is nothing for them, there is practically nothing to feed them, there is also nowhere to walk.

The hotel is very close to the sea. 5 min walk. The beach is wide, there are showers, toilets, changing rooms at the end of the beach and there are always fewer people at the end of the beach. The sloping entrance is just great for children. There is also a small playground on the beach.
The food, in principle, is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. They cook delicious. In the morning, usually an omelet, boiled eggs, pasta or stewed beans, greens, cheese, toast. Very rarely pancakes or omelets. Tea, juice, coffee. Watermelon was given for lunch from fruits. There was no fruit for dinner. They give out a bottle of water per person every day, but you can also get water from a cooler in the restaurant.
The rooms are ordinary, beds, armchairs, tables, chairs, there is a TV, we only had a TNT channel, there was YouTube in the next room, there are refrigerators, kettles, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe.
There is a shuttle service to the city center every day. Near the hotel there are shops, cafes, KFS, and right in front of McDonald's.
The staff is polite, we had no problems. We were settled almost immediately upon arrival.
There is a swimming pool on the roof, the water is cool.
Of the cons: they can clean the room, pick up towels, and bring new ones after lunch and, coming from the sea, usually there is nothing to dry off with.
You need to take a towel to the beach right before breakfast, then they may no longer be there.
On the roof, where there is a swimming pool, old chairs and sun beds, a lot of broken ones. The roof has probably never been cleaned at all.

Trip 29.11.2024-07.12.2024. The main disadvantage of this hotel is that it is located right next to the roadway with heavy traffic. Room 302, in which we were settled, is located with windows directly on the roadway, there are simply no seals in the window frames. The noise from passing cars is annoying in its constancy. The air conditioner works well, but there is a big disadvantage — its engine works like an airplane on takeoff. Balconies in this hotel are not provided structurally. There is an adult and a children's pool on the roof, the water in them turned out to be cold. There is an aquarium within walking distance, entrance is 25 dirhams, it is worth going to see. There is a McDuck across the street, next to the KFS gas station. And also within walking distance of the city beach (doors are closed at night, do not leave the pebbles in the water). Of the advantages:
- low cost for the UAE, rested for 7 days (from 19.12.24 to 26.12.24) from coral with departure from Moscow for 90k for two.
- proximity to Al Khan beach, 5 minutes (10 min walking distance) and you are at the water,
- convenient infrastructure: cafes, fast food (MAC, KFS) and shops, no need to use a taxi.
- well-mannered Russian-speaking staff at the reception desk, they will always help and explain if you have any questions,
- towels were changed every day and 1 towel per person was given to the beach at the reception.,
- room cleaning every day,
Among the disadvantages (there will be more):
- the impossible smell of mold in the room, it was very uncomfortable to be in the room because of the high humidity, probably due to poor ventilation, since you can arrange a hammam in the bathroom in 10 minutes. When cleaning, the hotel staff tried to reduce it by dehumidifying the air - they turned on the air conditioner to a minimum when we were away, but it only got worse) it was cold and humid.
- the tour was bought only with breakfast, but we regretted that we even took them, because I personally had nothing
to eat - the room is old and shabby, I really need renovation.,
But we ignored all these disadvantages because of the delicious cost, so I won't underestimate the estimate. I recommend staying in this hotel only for a loyal price (less than 100k per week per season), the hotel no longer corresponds above this amount, I repeat once again - these are solid three stars.

The hotel's infrastructure exists only formally, the gym is very shabby, almost all the simulators are broken and covered in dust, there are almost no dumbbells in a pair. The pool on the roof is dirty (although it can be seen that it is sometimes cleaned) and the whole roof is covered in bird droppings. The sauna was under renovation when we were there.
The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, they always help and help, they were fed on the day of departure after eviction, they were allowed to take food to the room. We were pleased with the free transfers to the Sharjah shopping center. The location of the hotel solves absolutely everything. It's a 5-7-minute walk to the beach, but the fucking roads of Sharjah are very inconvenient to walk to the nearest pedestrian crossing. I had to run over. Al Khan beach is very cool, but even out of season there are a lot of people. There are many cafes and shops around the hotel where you can have a delicious meal. The most important thing was the sea, and it was just around the corner, 5 minutes from the hotel and visible from the roof, where there is also a swimming pool. And the sea, or rather the Persian Gulf with its excellent Al Khan beach, pleased us. White sand and warm sea at the end of December, that's what we needed. The vacation went by with a bang.
