A wonderful hotel!
Good rooms for a modest price, regular cleaning and replacement of towels/washing accessories. Helpful and courteous staff.
A chic breakfast buffet.

Large rooms. A good breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Wet cleaning every day. The towels are a little washed, but the bed linen is snow-white. There is a mini bar. Our windows faced an ordinary building. The staff responds quickly enough to requests.
In general, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, although the hotel is located in the area of various hospitals. I would like to have either cable or satellite TV, there is none.

Convenient location in Dare, Dubai district, near the airport and the green line of the metro! Respectful staff, all requests are fulfilled immediately, but not very well with the Russian language! Through a translator on the phone, they cope with Russian-speaking tourists! It is much easier to communicate with English! Buses to and from the beach are free! The breakfasts are great! The air conditioners throughout the hotel work evenly!

From September 16 to 17, 2023, my wife and I stayed in room 310. The room is very small and cramped for 2 people, the bed is not a 2-bedroom, but 2 connected beds, it is not very comfortable to sleep. The bathrooms are combined, there is no bathroom, only a shower room with a curtain, which is located next to the toilet. The bathroom door does not close. The shower drain is clogged. The refrigerator, which is also a mini bar, does not cool down from the word at all. The location of the hotel itself borders on the psycho dispensary, which is why it is very noisy in the morning. The smoking area is not thought out, it is located on a grated fire escape, from above people who smoke can throw ashes at you. One plus is breakfast.
