We rested at this hotel in September 2023 according to the all on system. The hotel is not bad, clean, the staff is responsive. Cleaning every day, towels are also changed every day. Coffee, tea, water are added every day (it doesn't matter if it's over or not)
The room was deluxe, huge. There is a kitchen, but without dishes and appliances (for what it is not clear). The bathroom is also huge, there is a shower, a bathroom, 2 sinks, a toilet and a bidet. There is no balcony as such, but the sliding windows go to the floor.
Construction in the UAE is everywhere, so be ready to listen to the slotting. Because of the construction site, part of the territory was fenced off, at first it was a little annoying, then they got used to it.
The food in my opinion is diverse, very tasty desserts, cakes. There was no seafood, only fish. Also meat, chicken, vegetables. For breakfast, you can ask for an omelet (3 types).
For children, porridge, the first 2 days the son ate, then he began to show off (the milk is not tasty).
There are nuts, prunes, raisins, pastries. You can ask to pour alcohol (wine from tetropacks). Fruits are not sweet, they did not even eat watermelon, pineapple is also nothing to talk about.
In general, you can eat enough. Several times the chef came up and asked if everything was delicious (nice).
There are three small pools on the territory, the sea is close (the cleanest beach, the sea itself is warm, shallow, salty and very clean)
The territory is small, but well maintained.
There is no animation as such. In the evening, they turn on a movie on the street (cartoons are mainly for children) and there is a game room (they don't speak Russian there, as in the whole hotel in principle).
There are 2 summer students by the pool, there are no special queues.
Free of charge:
Water, juice, soda, beer and several types of cocktails (alcohol is given after 11).
There are no discos and other things in the evening (but we didn't need to)
Nearby is the shopping mall AL HAMRA Mall, there is a grocery department, a children's playground, an exchange and much more.
Prices are high, just like everywhere else.
We bought magnets at the hotel, there is a department with small change. One magnet 10-15 dirhams
Excursions were taken from a guide (sightseeing Dubai and safari). Jeeps on safari are ushatany and extreme at least, a one-time event.

There was no declared washing machine. When the washing machine appeared, they fought for the dryer for two more days.
The food at the hotel is very monotonous. There are construction sites around the hotel. The sea would be dirty from time to time. Excavators worked noisily all day, almost from dawn to dusk, seven days a week.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR RECREATION.

The hotel is good in general. The staff is trying very hard! The sea is good - the tide is high before lunch, the tide is low after lunch! The kids liked it! Children were left at the children's club - they played playstation.
What didn't you like:
1. There is a construction site on the beach and around the hotel.
2. We have no balcony and no place to dry things. They brought a folding dryer, all rusty, asked for a new one - they have been carrying it for 2 days ..
3. The upper pool is dirty, they swam at the bottom.
4. Rooms in the form of apartments. Apartment type. There are no dishes in the kitchen, only a tea set. We didn't have a washing machine.
5. They smoke everywhere - on the beach, near the exit, near the pool. With children, it is very inconvenient and not pleasant.
The construction will be over in a year - it will be good to rest!

We are currently staying at the Residence Hotel. A big and significant disadvantage is that there are very few umbrellas on the beach! There are only 15 of them for the entire beach. Because of the scorching sun, it is simply dangerous to be on the beach without an umbrella, no creams will help. This is not just a matter of comfort for vacationers, but a matter of safety! There is one bar on the beach, where only some drinks can be taken according to the all-inclusive system. The food in the restaurant (he is the only one here) is of high quality, but there is not much of it, we have enough. The rooms are huge, cleaned every day. The curtains and windows are very dirty. There are bathrobes in the room.

Constantly pasta, rice, potatoes. There was cheese with mold several times. Fruits daily, watermelon, pineapple, melon. Very tasty pastries and desserts. The sea, the ebb and flow. There were enough sun beds for everyone, but not everyone has enough deck chairs. The old ones get up at 7 in the morning and occupy the sun beds. But the lifeguard removes the towels and gives the seats to the Europeans. It was unpleasant to look at it, but also to occupy the sun beds, also a complete collective farm! The room has a refrigerator, iron, ironing board, kettle and tea accessories. Someone has a washing machine, a dryer. Not everyone has a balcony. There is a shop one and a half km from the hotel, which is also a plus. You can walk in the evening. A taxi is available. Don't take it to the reception, catch it on the street! There is a liquor store not far away, there are even three nearby. Taxi 27 dirhams one way. The price is two times lower than in Russia! The hotel has no spa, no entertainment, everything is quite simple. But the rooms are just huge and for some reason with kitchens, even the simplest rooms are Huge. The beach is wide, spacious with clean sand. There's nowhere to go around the hotel either, a couple of bars and that's it. But golf, I don't know who needs it, I haven't seen a single person on huge fields in two weeks. The windows in the rooms move apart, so a balcony is not needed. Nearby, a small shopping center is about 15 minutes on foot, there is a shop with an alcoholic (the doors without signs and advertisements are simply painted, as if the entrance to the warehouse) everything is decent inside and a huge selection. The food in the restaurant is quite high quality. In general, the hotel is for a calm, measured beach holiday, it is possible with children, the room will definitely not be crowded.

Nice hotel. There is a long enough beach where you can walk and run. Funny talkative myna birds fly to the beach and the balconies of the rooms.
It is better to take rooms with a sea view.
Nearby (15-20 min. walk) there is a shopping center in the town where you can exchange currency, buy groceries and even alcohol.
There is an excellent SAHARA shopping center in Sharjah, which can be reached by taxi.

We had a rest from 14 to 11/22/2023 with four children. We checked in immediately upon arrival at the hotel, which is 4 hours earlier, decent food, we were always full, and although the full board price included only coffee and water for breakfast (according to documents), use coffee, tea and juice vending machines as much as you like, even gave ice cream to children for dinner and lunch for free With dinner, it was possible for children to order dishes from the all-inclusive food list for children for free. Room 2BR in the 160m2 residence, which has 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and a huge room, two additional places were provided absolutely free of charge. Upon early departure, we were provided with a free room in which we ate, rested, changed clothes and stored our belongings until the transfer arrived. The water is very warm at this time, on the first day I even went to the pool to cool off))). The staff is all friendly and ready to solve any of your questions. We would like to thank the head (employee) of the security service named Ashraf (Thank you very much), who provided first aid to our son when he broke his head, called an ambulance and helped solve all related issues, as well as helped us with everything until the end of the rest. The hotel is for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday. Of the events-a disco by the pool of the five on Saturdays, nothing else, there are no animators here. Within walking distance is a small mall where you can buy souvenirs and dates. The supermarket is expensive, it is more profitable to take everything included. In the lobby, the five took an excursion to Dubai for $ 65, we really liked it. The food is without frills, but varied, beef, chicken, fish, watermelons, melons, pineapples, various desserts from meat. The beach is wonderful, but we were unlucky with the season, there was a very hot sea and pools. The room is cleaned every day, but they don't wash the stairs, they leave trays with dishes there.
Russian Russian is not spoken at the reception desk, there is one Russian girl, Tatiana, but it is very difficult to find her. We checked in at night, there were misunderstandings with the deposit, we stood out of the way for a very long time. A big plus of the hotel is that all drinks except alcoholic are included on FB, not just water. But there is one thing: as it turned out, there are dishonest employees in the hotel. We were charged a fee of $ 120 for three people for one bedroom, and we were supposed to take $ 50. I think this is unacceptable for a 5* hotel. The hotel administration does not respond to a written request. Be careful, they can cheat at any time. I don't want to go to this hotel anymore, and I won't advise anyone. A large balcony with tables and chairs, but we have a view of the golf courses and the city itself, we hung out there a little. By the way, the waiters are trying, polite and ready to help. Alcohol is limited, cocktails are paid. There are no snacks outside the main restaurant. There are only drinks in bars. The territory is compact, 2 swimming pools and a large beach with shell sand. The entrance is flat, the bottom is sandy, there are almost no fish.

The room is quiet, the floors are in order, no one bothers anyone, everything you need for rest and comfort.
Young people do not have enough entertainment activities, for this you can sign up for excursions : free shopping, a tour of Dubai for $ 150 with dinner on a boat , a detailed tour and climbing the highest tower . The tour is in Russian, a very knowledgeable guide will tell you well and in detail about life in Dubai, its history.
In general , it 's not bad . People are trying to make your vacation pass at the highest level.
Who doesn 't really like the local food - there is a good Belgian cafe nearby , where excellent dishes are prepared from farm products, fresh oysters, salma, delicious desserts are served , and the waitress Kristina will serve you perfectly . Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket mall - with many restaurants, cafes and other establishments where you can also diversify your leisure time, as well as buy souvenirs for yourself, your loved ones and relatives.

The only confirmed negative is the construction site, the 4* hotel was only hindered by the reconstruction of the road to the beach, but the noise was insignificant, there was no sound at all in the rooms and by the pool, + a separate paved sidewalk for pedestrians was laid. In the neighboring residents 5* hotel, the noise was unbearable, lasted from morning until late at night, it was also heard on the beach, I can't imagine how people lived there. Everything else was perfect: the cleaning was good, the food was above all praise, the most impressed was the amount of deliciously cooked beef for almost every lunch and dinner, the bar with cocktails, juices, alcohol and carbonated drinks was also wonderful, very pleasant staff. Next to the hotel, a 10-minute walk there is a large shopping center, there is a grocery store and everything you want. The sea is the best of all the places we have been. The water is clear and very warm, calm waves, the bottom without stones. We swam for several hours a day, the rest of the time we rested there, there is a great bar on the beach.
They wrote a lot that there were a lot of people, but I didn't notice this) maybe because of the construction site they didn't populate all the rooms, but in any case there was enough for everyone, there were no queues.

Excellent service, polite and tactful staff, the food is at an excellent level, everything is fresh, the cook checks every 15 minutes to see if everything is enough, whether the heating of certain dishes works. The rooms are nice, clean, the view of the Persian Gulf from the 6th floor is just space. The territory is small, but there is enough for a relaxing holiday. The pool bar, the beach bar, by the way, the beach itself is amazing, white sand, employees constantly go around, clean up garbage, glasses and the like. Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about the hotel. I rested from February 8 to February 14, 2024 and I honestly regretted that I was given a ticket to this hotel.The service is terrible, you need to go and write to the reception a hundred times to clean the room, change the towels and eventually bring toilet paper.
The food was for three , we only had breakfast , everything was very tasteless .
Boredom is mortal , there is one supermarket to which you need to walk for 20 minutes .
Yes , and you could close your eyes to that .They say in the Arab Emirates you can't take someone else's and honest staff in hotels, which I can't say about this hotel

1 Construction site is everywhere nearby. And near the hotel and near the beach and on the way to the beach (the hotel is on the second line).
2. The main disadvantage of the hotel is that only 3 beds were provided for 4 people. A double bed and a folding chair. By offering to sleep three with an 8-year-old child or pay $ 270 for 8 nights extra. The room is huge but there is nowhere to sleep... the villa is on the 1st floor.
3. You can go to the beach on a bug, but you can wait a long time, or you can not wait. Or on the road with a construction site.
4. There is no animation at all. It's boring in the evening. But maybe when it gets cooler, there will be volleyball (there is a net).
