And it was never cleaned during our entire week's stay. Of the advantages of the room: it is two-room, though for people with disabilities (these are additional handrails, for example), two toilets, an ironing board and an iron. The mattress of the bed was terrible. I'm used to sleeping on medium hardness. But here. I got up every morning with a wild pain in my neck and back. I changed sides with my husband. I was cleaning pillows. I've done everything. Yes, it's individual. But I got it! The room was on the ground floor. There is an exit to the street. But you won't sit - the sounds of a road under construction. Yes, and there is no table and chair at least. There was a kitchen, but there was only a kettle and two mugs from the dishes.
Construction site! This is a separate topic. Construction is a tin! One tall building is being repaired. There is a sleeve through which workers throw off garbage. In addition to a strong rumble, the dust still flies. And you breathe it by the pool. By the way, only one pool worked. There are no questions about the pool. Everything is fine! The water is changed, the dude monitors the discipline and the children. There are various inflatable games and gadgets for swimming for children. Beach: nice, but! Construction site on the left and right. Excavators are making noise. Workers walk through the sunbeds and carry pipes. There are four sun beds for one umbrella. We even had an incident when our things were put aside and our sunbeds were occupied. Like they didn't have enough space. Russians are still extremely uncultured! It's a shame! The sea is warm and clean. You don't walk on the beach. There are construction sites and fences on both sides. Therefore, for example, it will not be possible to take a walk in the evening and look down) . There is also only one shower to rinse off at the beach. And of the two cranes, one works.
Toilet and changing room. It stinks like a train station toilet. Ankle-deep water on the floor. Yes, Condey is fucking around. But it's just dirty. I haven't seen a cleaning lady there in a week.
There's nowhere to go in the evenings. There are also roads around the construction site. Everything is dusty and dug up. Yes, maybe they will do everything quickly. But it is necessary to warn.
When we were there, people changed the number three times. Because they were given, the numbers are not nearby. Although they paid and wrote about it in advance. Then with dirty windows and apparently on the construction site.
We had a room for the road. But even that .. in the morning, the squeaking of cars and loading. You can hear it already at 7 am.
There is no animation from the word at all. A petting zoo for two hours once a week - I don't count.
Food. Of the pros - no indigestion ! Monotonous. Does not pull on the number of dishes for five. Two fruit options (watermelon and melon / grapefruit / orange / pineapple), three dessert options (uncomplicated), packaged juices and poured into the machine, salads are (but not classic European, but apparently experimental, with fruits and lettuce leaves for example), side dish (always rice in several variations, potatoes, pasta, chicken, beef. All with different sauces like fried potatoes in the morning, rosemary in the afternoon, curry in the evening. There was a beef tongue in sauce. Carbonate pasta without bacon, ala Thai vermicelli. The fish is either Tilapia, or it is unclear what kind. In different versions of roasting. And it's not all at once. And within a week . To make it clear that this is not a discrepancy, this is an enumeration of everything)) . There is a menu for children. But he must be asked. It's not worth it. There is one version of porridge in the morning. Sometimes yoghurts, but not packed in plastic trays, but with a common vat. There are dried fruits and nuts. There are pastries in the morning - Kurasan without everything, pancake and sauces, and two versions of buns. There is a coffee machine. Dishes are not always cleaned promptly. There are no napkins from the word at all on the table. Only fabric, put it on your knees. Teaspoons are always in short supply. One of the advantages is that the staff is smiling.
The rate at which they change the currency in order to take a deposit and tax is extremely unprofitable for them. And they don't change the currency if you need to pay for a bar, for example, and you don't have dirhams, only dollars.
Internet! Great! Stable. Even on the beach there is a partial. That's fine)
The deposit was returned to us. No questions asked. Although during the eviction we saw another group of people who moved out of the hotel. Apparently, this is a frequent topic for them. But here's a little thing like coming back from breakfast the next day and bumping into a locked door.
From such trifles, a five-star service is formed. It's not here. But I wouldn't cling so much if they declared themselves lower in status and there would be no construction. The construction is terrible. After the vacation, the head is quadrant from the constant rumbling. And yes. A lot of Russian. The saddest thing is that the theft occurred on the last day of our vacation, we started packing and found that there was no clock. We went straight to the reception, but they could not help us there, the girl at the reception wrote down what the hours were, said through the translator that she would clarify, but after that we did not see her at the reception and no one could answer us. Due to the fact that we had to leave for the airport already, no one provided us with the clock or any information. In general, we will definitely never go to this hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Think about it a few times when you choose this hotel.

We had a rest with two children in early March . To say that you liked it is not to say anything ! We were absolutely delighted . In the morning , birdsong , the sounds of nature , waking up at dawn was one of the types of pleasure . Breakfast is not Turkey, but everything is very tasty, every morning we were met by a smiling girl in the restaurant, if any questions helped, the staff is generally very helpful.the children had plenty to choose from for lunch and dinner , even the baby was given 9 months as porridge , mashed potatoes , boiled meat . Having breakfast outside was wonderful , especially early in the morning .
The territory of the hotel is incredible, flowers, greenery, palm trees, a 10-minute walk to the sea. The beach is huge , there are enough sunbeds .
We 've been remembering for a month now and we want to go again , and
on the third day of rest , we thought about whether we should go to the May holidays here )
But on the way to the hotel, we read all the reviews about not varied food. And so , the priority was not living in huge buildings , but something like bungalows and nature , not every hotel in the emirates can boast of such a territory .

But there is always one dish of meat, poultry and fish. Side dish - rice, potatoes, vegetables, pasta. From fruits - pineapple, watermelon, melon, arelsin, grapefruit. There are delicious desserts. Dishes are prepared differently every day. We could always find something to eat to our liking. They cook quite tasty.
According to the "all inclusive" system, you can use the bars. Drinks only. There are no snacks. From drinks juices, in bags carbonated drinks in cans, mineral water and several types of cocktails. And also alcohol of good quality. The spouse liked alcohol here more than in Turkey and Egypt.

Nl there is a minus here-sun beds with an umbrella can be occupied Only until 08.00 or even earlier!!!! Or by lunchtime! Food norms for the price category (there is no diversity at all). Again, a minus-there are also often not enough seats and old coffee machines-there is always a queue.Entertainer and all the rest only from yourself. And the cherry on the cake, which is why I'm writing. I paid for a round-trip transfer! On the day of departure, the transfer was scheduled for 13.00. Departure at 18.00. From 13.00 to 15.18. it was not. The hotel guide Tamer initially sent to the reception. At the reception they were sent to the guide, supposedly they can't solve anything without a guide! And the guide referred to the fact that the transfer is provided by the hotel and he has nothing to do with it. Ping pong is kind of. Later he stopped communicating at all.
